I had an excellent experience at Cook Out thanks to Abbie’s exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked up, she was welcoming, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to make sure my order was exactly right, handled everything quickly and efficiently, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. What stood out most was how genuine she was, she treated me with kindness, made sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to deliver great service. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she’s helping. It’s rare to find someone who provides that level of attention and professionalism in fast food, and it definitely made my visit to Cook Out memorable. Abbie is a perfect example of what customer service should be, and Cook Out is lucky to have her on their team

1st time I tried this place, stopping by on a East Coast road trip. The 2 drive thru lanes moved quickly. I asked what the person recommended for someone who never tried the place before and they gave several recommendations. The food I got was really good except I didn't get the sauce for the onion rings. But it was really good anyway and at just over $12, including a shake and tax, well worth the price.

Place is a zoo.. madness drive thru. Too much volume of cars, feel rushed placing the order. Employees completely overwhelmed understandably so. They got order all wrong, multiple items were missing. Had to circle back, get back in long line and then wait for them to fill missing items. On top of all that the food is less than mid. Burger was decent, not much flavor. Fries super duper soggy. Nuggets tasted like week old oil. Quesadias taste like frozen food. Even the fountain drinks were watered down. Sprite tasted like spring water.
Cookouts are completely hit or miss depending on location. This one sadly is a gigantic miss

I love Cookout here in Selma. Freshest food you can get late at night as well. My biggest gripe is the uncooked fries, yall are killing me with the raw fries. Everything else is usually on point.

I stopped by at 3 a.m. feeling very hungry and tried to order a hot dog listed on their Google Maps menu. Unfortunately, the drive-thru speaker was barely working, and I couldn’t understand what the employee was saying. When I realized they didn’t have what I initially wanted, I asked for a different hot dog that was shown on the menu. The employee repeated a question three times, but I could only make out a few random sounds. Eventually, I gave up and left without placing an order. If you’re planning to use the drive-thru, I strongly recommend avoiding it.
