Everytime I go to the Selma North Carolina location they give me problems . It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even wanna get food from there anymore . This last time I went everything was soggy the onion rings and the fries was soggy and the burger was cold I wouldn’t recommend this location to a homeless person ‼️

Excellent cheeseburgers! Atmosphere is hard to rate but the building appears to be very modern and clean. Just needs tables to accommodate guests who want to sit down and eat (like the one in Wilson). Service is mostly good and fast with the exception of one employee who talks way too fast to effectively communicate through what was or still is a defective, crackling speaker. Can make ordering very frustrating.

So after waiting about 20 mins in line to order and get food i get back home to no ice in either of the drinks the order was $21.80 and everything i ordered was incorrect except the nuggets.. they were trays ands to get home and see nothing was right about the order makes me think they really don’t care now i’ve worked fast food enough to know that the orders come in screen in the way it’s made.. this is there last time i’m going to that particular location this isn’t the 1st 2nd or 3rd time this has happened here either they don’t pay attention or again they don’t care enough to give the correct order out didn’t even offer sauce

this was a drive thru only cookout and the food was meh. the staff were friendly but we had to eat in the car, and we weren't super jazzed about the hush puppies or the milkshakes

First time there...the line was kinda long I wasn't rushed looking over the menu, everyone enjoyed it definitely going back
Food taste good. But milkshakes are too thick and when u ask for double fries it's like a single order so be sure and just get the extra item in your tray. They will lay the fries on you. They don't serve Pepsi products.
Ordered $66 worth of food and got home to eat and all of the burgers were raw in the middle, bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was way undercooked, everything was soggy, and our double ordered of onion rings was as pictures (not a lot of onions rings for sure!). Called and spoke with the manager who say that she would write our name down and we could come, bring our receipt, get the food replaced. That is ALL we were told we had to do. We go today to get our food replaced and we get there and are immediately greeted with confusion. We speak with the manager who says he cannot replace our food because it goes against policy to replace food without us bringing the food back WHICH WE WERE NOT TOLD WE HAD TO DO. We asked if he would refund us the $66 we’d spent on inedible food and he said there was NOTHING he could do for us. When we asked why we were told otherwise when we called previously, he said it was because the person we spoke with was a trainee and she wasn’t aware of the policy. Why would a managerial trainee be handling customer issues on her own? SEEMS LIKE A BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE FOR CUSTOMERS TO BE TOLD THE BUSINESS WILL FIX SOMETHING AND THE BUSINESS NOT HONOR THAT. We were given the number for corporate and will be contacting them because the quality of service was appalling and utterly ridiculous. I would rate lower if possible.
