If I can give them a -5 start review I would they always got attitude in the mornings like we did something to them donuts never look right in the mornings if you ask for a Strawberry frosted With sprinkles you ever not getting the frosted part or the sprinkles or neither without warning they never get my drink right I don’t know why it’s the most simplest thing….I have worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts before so I know how it is but dang can yall at least fix the morning attitudes

Restored my faith in Dunkins! I've missed Dunkins since moving down here and all the Dunkins in Raleigh suck ( I tried 4 diff ones) and they never make anything right. This Dunkins here tho! The lattes always come out well, the donuts are fresh, and the workers there are really cool. By the hwy, food & gas so it's a perfect stop. Best Dunkins around!

Would recommend going to Smithfield’s if you want great service and tasty coffee!! Went through the drive thru here at selma, ive already had horrible coffee here in the past but i didnt feel like driving ( although i should have) no customers in line and no one inside, the girl working in the afternoon on april 27 did a horrible job.I order my drink go around and to pay. She snatches the money, drops the change in my hand and rolls her eyes, then gives me my iced coffee in a very dark color and with 7 ice cubes, drink was warm and tasted horrible. Thanks! money wasted.

This was the 1st Dunkins we found while heading northbound on route 95 out of Lumberton, NC . You Dunkins lovers won't be disappointed. Even though this location is far south of the majority of Dunkins, they did everything perfectly here. They were very busy, being 7:30 am, but that didn't cause any problems. The staff was experienced and on their game. Fast & friendly, they made 3 coffees perfectly to order. The donuts were big and fresh, and they even had my favorite, almond croissants. AAA+++ (My highest rating)
This location has no customer service. The young “lady” that works there is the rudest b you will come across. The locations management really needs to retrain their employees.

Quick turn around on a mobile order. Food quality, however, is going the route of McDonald's. Donuts are much smaller. Food is just ok.

I ordered in advance on the mobile app. They got my order correct! The store seemed clean enough. They even made the extra effort to chase me into the parking lot to let me know I left behind an item I ordered. How nice. Go stop off 95 if you need a Dunkin run.
