Food was ok. Cashiers are too busy on their phones to listen to the orders right. Was in a rush to get my kids to school and had to wait for a second hot chocolate because she didn’t hear me. She was texting while taking my order.

I just left this Dunkin and I am highly disappointed. I literally passed several shops to get a cup of coffee from them. I ordered a signature drink and I was not advised that they didn't have all the ingredients until after I paid for my order. I told Samaria the cashier that this wasn't what I ordered and she said they were out of the cookie crumble. I explained to her that I didn't want it and she said "well what do you want me to do about it" followed by "do you want a refund". I asked to speak to her manager and she said well "she is busy". I told her I will wait. I spoke to Tessa the manager and I explained to her what happened and she kept saying "ok" the whole time I was talking. No apology or anything. She asked if Samaria gave me a refund and I said yes, but I explained to Tessa that you don't talk to a paying customer like that and she responded by saying "you are right". I know it doesn't matter to the company but I will never visit this location again.

Everything went alright for us, but noticed some of the employees rolled there eye and giggling at other guests. Who knows, they may have done same about us. Food & drinks was good, the place was clean, and back on the road again. Southern hospitality is a dying art.

Too much ice in the drink...so only took a couple sips to finish the iced matcha but otherwise was a good tasting treat and good atmosphere/service.
Don’t expect milk in your coffee at all, otherwise everything else is perfect,

I went to the Smithfield location and had an awful experience so we decided to head to the Selma location and the guy was so nice. He took our order, helped us with what we wanted and needed and he was just so great! He knows what customer service is, even my kids said he deserves 20 stars!
