In this area, the fried chicken game is strong. And KFC just doesn't put up a fight. Haven't been in ages, but ordered a 4 PC tenders. I was surprised how tiny they were and it was not a cheap meal at over $10 per person - not worth the cost. Especially considering the close-by options that offer more for your money. The biscuit was good at least.
My drink was also flat as soon as I got it =/.

Good food, although it took a long while, they were very slow to get our order, we had to pull up and wait 10 minutes.
Asked if they had extra crispy breasts, she said yes, I ordered. Then 5 minutes later she walked out to where they had us pull up and told me they don't have any extra crispy breasts...
I said OK, 1 Original Breast, and 1 Extra Crispy Thigh. 5 minutes later she delivered me a box with 2 Extra Crispy Thighs, not what I ordered...
But having eaten the thighs, I'm going to start ordering two thighs. Plenty of meat, lots of crispy skin, and more likely available when you order...
My 2 yr old gives better customer service at his play kitchen …. And he yells at me. If you wanna deal with incompetent children by all means take yourself to Selma KFC :)

Ordered online and I was maybe 10 minutes late to grab it because of the distance once I got it, I went home to check inside and the fries was cold and stale and my extra burger was missing.
I ordered the 2 for 2 and everything was just completely wrong it was a horrible experience. So I returned back to KFC explained the situation to KFC Manager/supervisor and we basically came to the point of redoing the whole order correctly and fresh everything.
So the whole order was redone and I was very pleased with the service AFTER I returned to express my concerns with the quality of the food. This happened in the Selma, North Carolina KFC Location. THERE'S a lot of negative reviews and it's there for a reason because the same thing happened to me.

Wanted mac and cheese bowls they said they didn't have them so we settled for famous bowls thru the drive thru. Paid $30 sum bucks for just 3 bowls with 3 drinks to get a bowl with like 1/3 mashed a sprinkle of corn and cheese covered in not gravy but brown tinted water. In my car. My kid opened his and thankfully it was not hot cause it want all over him, my seats, and the car still has marks on the seat. Had to pull over and spend 15 mins trying to get everything clean. Ended up going somewhere else for food and tossed the slop kfc gave us out.

when we walked in most of the employees are yelling at one another which isn't the worst thing to be happening i understand work is what you make of it but when u decide that playing around with your coworkers is more important than doing your job and taking orders telling the customers that "if you want food you have to use the kiosk" is the part I'm not ok with. the kiosk is a fine thing to have some people like them but i am against using it paying extra for changes on my order and then finding out that the order is still wrong when all of the employees have mysteriously disappeared i hope that this store finds better help at some point because as far as Goldsboro has it this is unfortunately the best option
