Ordered their chicken and waffles fan favorite box. First off we ordered through app. We were a little early, so we knew we would have wait. We waited for quite a bit and the only things any good were the nuggets and waffles. Fries were disgusting! They looked soggy and old. They were greasy. Wasn't much in there either. Chicken was fatty and greasy too. Big disappointment. Need new management or something always not that good.

We just stopped by on our way home and while we understand it was late, we were really disappointed with our order. We ordered four Chicken Littles, two sides of mac and cheese, and a large drink. Unfortunately, we only received two sandwiches, and they were so heavily covered in mayo that they were basically inedible.

Ordered 8 pc nc with sides. Paid $30.00 plus. Waited in pickup area 20 mins. Got home with all dark meat… only one person in family eats dark meat chicken… had to rummage through frog for left overs to feed everyone except spouse…. All for $30… couldn’t get answer on phone . I’m through with them.

Went to KFC selma around 6 PM 1 car in front of me none behind. The guy on the speaker got our order ALL wrong!!! Us and the car infront of us were told by manger we had to go back to speaker and reorder instead of her correcting our orders at window. The guy on speaker couldn't be heard hardly and wouldn't repeat orders. This is very frustrating and unprofessional to make guest go back to speak to reorder with someone who isn't doing their job.

I totally get that people have bad days and respect that. However, when you're having a bad day AND on your phone AND at work AND making food all at the same time? Then get attitude when someone politely tries to tell you it's not cool on the side you stomp off like a child? NOPE! Popeye's it will be from now on. I don't HAVE to give you my hard earned money.
They need to get more chicken wings, they are always out!!!

In this area, the fried chicken game is strong. And KFC just doesn't put up a fight. Haven't been in ages, but ordered a 4 PC tenders. I was surprised how tiny they were and it was not a cheap meal at over $10 per person - not worth the cost. Especially considering the close-by options that offer more for your money. The biscuit was good at least.
My drink was also flat as soon as I got it =/.

Good food, although it took a long while, they were very slow to get our order, we had to pull up and wait 10 minutes.
Asked if they had extra crispy breasts, she said yes, I ordered. Then 5 minutes later she walked out to where they had us pull up and told me they don't have any extra crispy breasts...
I said OK, 1 Original Breast, and 1 Extra Crispy Thigh. 5 minutes later she delivered me a box with 2 Extra Crispy Thighs, not what I ordered...
But having eaten the thighs, I'm going to start ordering two thighs. Plenty of meat, lots of crispy skin, and more likely available when you order...
My 2 yr old gives better customer service at his play kitchen …. And he yells at me. If you wanna deal with incompetent children by all means take yourself to Selma KFC :)
