Ordered the chicken bows, which used to come with small chicken nuggets and this time it looked like they had taken a chicken breast, and just cut it up and put it in there, which made it hard to eat.Also, while we were here, eating someone came in from outside that had been through the drive.Throw and was busting with the people behind the counter.Because she had been treated rudely

Worst Kentucky Fried Chicken Ever!!! Waited 20 minutes for an order of chicken livers. I went through the Drive Thru but waited so long I went inside. Staff was rude, ignored people waiting, had nothing prepared for a Friday evening dinner rush.

They have gizzards! I should note, not every kfc has them on offer. It's actually pretty rare. They were also pretty pleased by how happy I was to see them. The staff was really friendly. Note, gizzards aren't for everyone but they're amazing if you have particular vitamin deficiencies. A lot lighter in flavor than liver, and they even offer to single or double bread them. (Double breads crunchier and nicer imo)

Everytime I come to this location something is wrong I came one night at 8:45 they said they wasn’t cooking no food so what they had left was it I just left there they left me in the drive thru for over 5 mins without even ordering I go inside order they take my money (card) and then say they don’t have bbq sauce, or biscuits …. This location is the wordy kfc I’ve ever been to in my entire life they need to shut it down or they need new management because it’s never just a smooth come and go

Stopped there on the drive back from Disney World because my son was craving KFC. Initially I used the men's bathroom and that should have been a clue. It was nasty and probably not cleaned in months. The employees were wearing dirty greased covered uniforms and not welcoming to say the least. My son likes KFC and he did not finish eating his 3 piece chicken meal which is a very rare occurrence. Even the biscuits were bad which is hard to screw up. Definitely needs new management and a visit from the local health department.

Check your order they'll usually get it wrong but they always make it right the chicken is Hit or Miss sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's awful
I honestly don’t think KFC in Selma deserves any stars. There are the worse man in the drive thru, he was rude, the way he spoken to me and his tone said it all. he keep starring at me like he had a problem with me and he talk to another guy there after he took my payment and the other person look directly at me and this ugly look “he gave me” like they just said something about me which make me felt super uncomfortable.Their food so overpriced and it’s so nasty. I paid a little over $30 for 8-pieces family meal with two large side and four biscuits, but they only gave me 3 biscuits and with no fries or drink? Also, they throw a handful of ketchup on my chicken, like who does that? That ketchup packet is not clean, and the chicken was really greasy and soggy. Also, it’s was way too much salt. Next time, be more nicer to people because you never know what people are going through daily with their life. And for God sake, does it kill yall to smile and put a smile on customer face!!

The manger was very nasty did not read my ticket even after she discovered my items were missing the cashier got it right the first time and the manger still was rude did not even acknowledge the mistake … the food i was given was cold and unacceptable so I got a full refund will never go back there !!!

The food was very good! But that is where the good review ends! Had to be the worst cashier I've ever experienced anywhere! Couldn't take 2 simple orders. Im not even sure he understood english! He is going to have a hard time at real life one day! As we waited on our orders, we noticed that everyone that was in there before us and who came in after us they got their orders wrong too! Even the drive thru had people coming inside to straighten out their orders. Don't waste your time or money at this KFC!
