HOW is this location is still operating is BEYOND ME.

-Terrible service, always with a displeasing attitude
-Always having the wrong order/missing items
-Always LATE. If they have your order ready in 20 minutes, that's fast for them
-They cannot or have not been trained to handle pressure (such as rush hour)

Please do yourself a service and go 2 minutes down the road to the other location in Smithfield. They are ALL the opposite of the complaints listed above. Of course, there will be days here and there where mistakes will happen, however, their service is excellent. They are also 24 hours.

The problem is when you order on the app and still don’t get everything from drive thru pick up. It’s clearly on the receipt. They need to make sure before handing the food over. I’m aggravated because I had to wait at 1 pick up because the was mix up with other people ordering in front of me. They handed me the bag and realized something was missing

Went this morning to Selma restaurant. How can you order 2 mcgriddle and get it on a hamburger buns. Supposed to be round egg nope.i will check before I leave the window from now on. I didn't know until I got back to Rosewood.

Did a mobile order. Everybody seem confused as to where our order was. Finally figured it out and started making it. We customize the double cheeseburger and the tea to be half-and-half thru the app. Nope NO changes made. Daughter couldn’t eat her double cheeseburger. The tea was sweeter than Bojangles if you know what I mean.

We went at about 2am, we got happy meals but unfortunately the 🍟 were cold, even though we requested fresh 🍟 plus we had to pull forward and wait when there was NOBODY ELSE IN LINE

It's a clean restaurant. I'm always impressed with how much cleaning I see. There was a period where the employees were not very friendly or always seemed to be in a bad mood but it feels like it's getting better.

Ordered online after stopping at the gas station next door because drive thru shows to be 247. But who ever is working isn't answering the drive through intercom and no one is visible from either window 🤔 😒 bruh it's 03:25 (AM) i have a headache because I am hungry and need to eat before I drive more

Trish and Rachel were very polite and welcoming when I placed my order with my family early this Saturday morning. I offered to help them out with my order as I assumed it was kind of a big order that we placed and because I know my way around a McDonald’s. But either Trish or Rachel told me it was okay they got it which was understandable. It would’ve been a bit humourous to work one order in regular clothes as opposed to my uniform but I get it. 👍 (They did say they had two managers on site and I believe those managers were these two)

Turns out my family’s order and mine wasn’t too big in the end and they told me they’ve had much bigger which shocked me truth be told. In the end though, based from my interaction with these two polite women, service and the kitchen here is great. They gave me a polite no when I offered help which I very much appreciate over an impolite one, had a nice little conversation with them afterwards, and they handed us our orders quick and kindly. I rate 5 out of 5 here, keep up the great work here!

P.S. I hope I’m reviewing the right location here 😆

This is many times now that my food is nasty today ordered a oatmeal and the thing is all the way dry got at 640 the time on top says use by 5:08 am the lady at the window was so mad we had a code she was making noises why offer a code if you don’t want to take them called 3 times got a voicemail I don’t think they care anyways I have called before and the manager is not attentive at all she don’t care about her customers they need some new help at this location will not be back here at all 3 times is way enough get it together
