Food is always cold, the wait is absolutely ridiculous!! Worst part is that my iced coffee is never tasty for a better lack of words!! They really need to hire a better team!

Got a mobile order and when lady brought it out she forgot the drink. When I said something about it she said they didn't have what I paid for. She wasn't going to say anything because she turned to walk away. She needs to be wearing a hair net on that full goatee she was growing. I see now why she works at McDonald's.
Got my order wrong again, had to go inside from the drive through to get my purchase. Then they were in disbelief and many were pointing fingers.

Went in on 02/20/24 around 11:38. Order dine for my wife and myself. Food was quick but the order was messed up in multiple ways. The manager (Becky), noticed the situation and fixed it quickly, effectively, and with much concern. With employees such as her she be rewarded on a regular bases because she is the kind of employee that will keep me coming back.
