As a latina critic the Bread was not fresh at all. I got like $14 worth of bread and none were good some had a nasty after taste and some like a soapy taste. Grabbed one for my coffee the next day and was like a rock. It was a concha switched to a pan de muerto and still horrible. Was trying to tear in half and was so hard like cookie. Not worth hard earned money. Si no van a hacer pan fresco no tengan negocio. If you are not making fresh bread dont have this type of business...read full review
