Oh my gosh, talk about southern food and southern hospitality this is the place for you. First of all you get complementary hush puppies. I had fried chicken livers which were fantastic. If you are near Pine Level, Nc you need to make a stop here.

Home cooking. Friendly atmosphere. Great service. Hamburger steak was juicy. I got turnips for one of my vegetables and they were tender. I added vinegar to flavor them. The mash potatoes were fluffy.
