I stopped here on my way home. I had heard good things. I ordered a sugar cone , I got a sugar cone with half a scoop of ice cream and I paid almost 5$ for it.When the girl handed it to me I said that’s a joke right???? What size is a child cone?? she said the same size, again is that a joke? She said “No, I got in trouble for making them bigger”I don’t think I will go there again. 3 bites and gone, dry cone I pitched…. Mc Donald’s gives you a bigger cone or DQ for 3$. Just crazy. Buyer beware.** Update 8/4/23- they did refund the cost of the ice cream; I was not looking for a refund. The ice cream was good. Just wanted people to know what to expect.To clarify, the purchase I made was for a regular cone, not a child cone as they stated. I was served what appeared to be a baby cone not even a child cone.I certainly do hope staff receive the training they need. I felt by what she said she was passing blame to management for getting upset with her as a new staff person.

Creamy and delicious! Went here with a colleague and it was just perfect. It’s rare to run into a nostalgic authentic ice cream shop, but that’s what you get at the Ice Storm. Customer care was divine and an enjoyable experience. Thank you for this sweet moment!
