Great service and good
Order was wrong, meat was chewy, lettuce was old and soggy. I'll never eat in the Smithfield store again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Check your food before you leave they forget 60 percent of your order and if you ask for it they get an attitude. Danny Thomas would be rolling in his grave

Didn't take my order or even told me that they would be right with us for a whole 10mins smh
Price was kind of expensive for a hamburger $25 for a chicken sandwich and hamburger is utterly ridiculous.
The service here is always slow. I waited in line for 15mins, with only one person in line with me & watched a whole crew make drive-thru & door dash orders. By time they took the order in front of me the line was to the door with customers on the inside... On a SUNDAY

Just left this Wendy’s and as I’m sitting at the window I see one of them employees grab my food with his bare hands, just touching all of my chicken nuggets and fries then when I ask him where his gloves were and if his hands were clean he proceeds to say “my hands is probably one of the cleanest in here” Never eating here again everybody here just trifling including the managers

I was visiting NC and my plane landed approx 11pm and after picking up my rental and driving 45mins, I arrived at this Wendy at 12:55am not knowing they close @ 1am. When I pulled in to order, the manager and the one employee were working (one of them had the name Sandra). They both were polite and told me that they close in 5min and asked me what I wanted to order to see if they had it available, and if unavailable they offered an alternate. With a customer pulling up 5min before closing, I know they both probably worked a long shift and ready to go home but I could not tell. They’re both so sweet and took the time to ensure I had a late/hot dinner. Thank you both for your kindness.

Was really disappointed with the service. I ordered four Sons of Baconator, but the employee assisting me (a white man with glasses) was extremely rude. He didn’t listen to my order properly and was very dismissive throughout the interaction. Despite my attempts to clarify my order, he seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I never received my full order, and it felt like my concerns were completely ignored. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management takes action to ensure this doesn’t happen to others..

I don’t normally leave reviews like this because I’m not a Karen but my experience here today left me upset. For the whole 20 minutes that I was there A woman who appeared to be a manager was SCREAMING at employees over things that were not necessary. Watching her belittle and disrespect the employees who appeared to be much younger than her sickened me. They are there working on a Saturday probably getting paid 12 dollars an hour at most the least you could do is treat them like human beings. And tbh she didn’t appear to be doing much other than yelling, not working or helping just abusing her power.
