I was visiting NC and my plane landed approx 11pm and after picking up my rental and driving 45mins, I arrived at this Wendy at 12:55am not knowing they close @ 1am. When I pulled in to order, the manager and the one employee were working (one of them had the name Sandra). They both were polite and told me that they close in 5min and asked me what I wanted to order to see if they had it available, and if unavailable they offered an alternate. With a customer pulling up 5min before...

Was really disappointed with the service. I ordered four Sons of Baconator, but the employee assisting me (a white man with glasses) was extremely rude. He didn’t listen to my order properly and was very dismissive throughout the interaction. Despite my attempts to clarify my order, he seemed uninterested and unprofessional. I never received my full order, and it felt like my concerns were completely ignored. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had,...
