“My husband, friend, and I recently discovered this gem of a retro-style deli by chance, when driving back to Maryland from Sunset Beach, NC. The lunch sandwiches and homemade chips were delicious, and the owners, Winnie and John, could not have been nicer or more personable. We thoroughly enjoyed our long conversation with John and were totally fascinated to learn about the world of pigeon racing. We will definitely make this our preferred lunch stop on our future trips! Thank You!

“I mean how can you not like it or even love it. GOOD food, prices are good for what you get, and they got that drive-thru down to a science because I don't care how long that line is you'll never wait more then 10 mins! Rock on COOKOUT ??
Vegetarian options: I mean it's called the cookout so yeah there meat I think it's real meat too! (It's scary I have to say that tho really! I think it's real meat!

“I just wanted to give a big shout out to Angela at the Drive Thru Window. She was so sweet and caring. She made sure there was no mayo or sauces containing mayo on our sandwiches since I am allergic. The cook in the back was also amazing! Thank you so much for your kind words and throughness. This was the best experience I have ever had at a drive thru or restaurant. Miss Angela deserves a big ol’ raise as well as the cooks! Thank you guys for your good old fashioned southern hospitality!“

“We stopped in at 4:30 pm on 02/18/25 for dinner. We were welcomed by waitress Labrie W or Known as B.B she was very friendly and assertive with our order. We always ask questions about our order. She was only on the job for 3 days. Let me tell you, for 3 days on the job as a waitress she gave us a great experience. Applebee's should retain such talent for future employment. Great job B.B be proud, you are a great employee. don't change, stay friendly and be you, you will go a long way in this business. We will come back because of your great customer service. “We have eaten at many IHops and we ate at yours this morning. It was definitely the best IHop we have ever eaten at! The service was wonderful and the food delicious! Our server was very friendly and efficient and all the staff looked like they were working together and were pleasant with each other and the customers. “I visited this Hardee's on February 15th at 5 am. When I entered I was greeted by the manager. Jamila promptly took my order and thank me for coming. Senetra prepared my Bacon Egg and Cheese masterfully. They looked like the biscuits Hardee's advertise on TV. Normally it's hard to find the bacon or egg on there. Senetra and Jamila are wonderful employees and a great asset to Hardee's“

“The drive thru associates make you feel rushed and are not friendly. Most if the time the food is ok but I've had to have fries re made because they were not fresh and the new cinnamon and raisin they brought back is a mini biscuit. When they were here before they were bigger. Now 2 equals ine and they cost more“

“Today was free cone day 3/19 and this was my first interaction with this DQ.It was a little busy in the drive thru so I went in.I walked up to the counter and employee was cleaning up the dining area (might I say it was spotless in there , minus a few napkins somebody had recently dropped near the drink machine)The employee approached me pleasantly and with a smile this is not always the case in Rocky Mount !So I was instantly impressed .She said give it a few mins and it would be right outThe line starting piling up but this lady was amazing . She made sure to handle the front line , as well as make sure the people whose orders were prior didn't get forgotten.I felt she went above and beyond. She handled this day so well and I'm so glad I kept my receipt , her name is Destiny.Thanks for being a great employee today and the great customer service. It was so nice to encounter kind people.The ice cream was great and the hotdogs were about a 6/10 only bc I thought it would be more savory chili and it was like a sweet sloppy joe kind of mix and wasn't my favorite butI'd definitely recommend this location.
Parking: Be patient when trying to get out of the parks sometimes the drive thru blocks the patrons in the parking spots“

“I've been visiting this Hardee's over two and a half years and always had great service my order is most of the time correct I enjoy the food that I get from Hardee's it's very tasty of course there is a downfall and that is rising cost but praying one day it'll go back down. Thank Youcindy“

“I am almost always very satisfied with my visit to any of the BHT McDonald's. However, my most recent visit, to the Nashville location, I must say was my first "bad" experience. The drive-thru cashier was very unpleasant. I presented a large bill for payment, and she immediately and rather rudely asked me for my I.D.. She wouldn't even take the bill to Mark it for validity until I handed her my I.D.. Also, after handing her my I.D. I tried to offer the change for my bill to save from getting more, however, she closed her window to talk with another employee immediately after she handed me my I.D. back. When she reopened her window, I again told her that I had the correct change, only for her to again very rudely respond with "I've already closed my drawer". So, my point being this was honestly my first overall negative or unpleasant experience. However, I would return all the same on hopes that this particular employee will have left and this not happening again“

“Employees have been kind and courteous in our experiences thus far, since we heard about the fried chicken a couple of years ago, and this is what we go there for. From the reviews, it seems like they don't cook enough chicken for the dinner rush, cause they run out too soon. I don't run restaurants, but maybe cook a little more? I remember being there around 6:30 or 7:00, and I got the last of the chicken. That's a little early to run out, some eat dinner a little later. On that note, the chicken is great, keep doing what you're doing.“
