Food has no taste, slow service, mac and cheese watered down. Their main priority is take out and to go orders. They make their dine in customers wait forever for their food. Gave them 2 chances and will never be back.

We got the brisket, ribs and half chicken. My goodness this was the worst bbq I have ever had, literally. The ribs were half fat and bland, the chicken was awful and the brisket was bone dry and tasteless. The only ones who liked it in our family were our cats.
Sorry to be a downer but....The chicken sandwich was bland, tasteless. A simple piece of chicken with no seasoning on a hamburger roll....Boss used to have a fantastic smoked chicken sandwich but now has reverted to a blah chicken cutlet. Not the Boss I used to know. I ordered the fries and they too were a disappointment . A tiny portion of fries for $2.79? I mean tiny! The service was GREAT...and the place is neat and clean but don't expect much if you are a chicken eater! Very sorry to say...Chick-fil-A for me...no more Boss....
