Go across to Starbucks service is awful and employees are rude

Never leave reviews for fast food but the service here was terrible. They were very rude for no real reason. And the women in the drive through was actively yelling at other employees while we were ordering. We had to even clarify if she was talking to us like? Otherwise the food was regular dunkin quality.

I hardly leave reviews, however the service at Dunkin is usually awful. The past few times I’ve gone, the woman is rude/snippy/short. Same experience this morning and I’m not surprised they cannot keep help. If they’re rude to their customers I imagine they’re rude to employees. Life is hard enough, don’t be so rude.

I just don't get why my breakfast sandwich has to be literally soaked in grease. Like, DRIPPING as if it was dipped into the grease trap before being wrapped up. Completely inedible. Service was okay

We stopped in for a quick bite while traveling and were treated very well. The food looked fresh for it being afternoon hours and the 2 girls were very friendly. They didn't seem 'put out' to be helping us. I recommend it

Im usually not that type of person to complain but todays experience October 26, 2024 @1:23pm was horrendous. When I first got there to pick up my mobile order from the drive thru the lady was so rude from the beginning! They didn’t even have half of the doughnuts I ordered and she proceeded to give me random doughnuts and not listen to what doughnuts I wanted and to top things off she she didn’t want to give me a refund cause there was no “manager”. I will never be coming here ever again. Just a horrible experience over all!

Always the slowest. Order is correct most of the time but by the time you get to the window drinks are watered down and gross. Get coffee at McDonald’s next door

I’m not usually one to complain, especially about customer service, as I strive to be compassionate, understanding, and patient. However, my recent experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts location have been extremely disappointing. I’ve given this place countless chances (I have receipts to back this up), yet the wait times remain absurd, and they rarely have the items I order—even when I place my orders online ahead of time.

One recent example: I ordered a large quantity of donut holes for my son’s soccer team. When I arrived at the drive-thru, they tried to give me someone else’s order. After correcting them, I was handed what I thought was mine, only to discover 5 miles down the road that I had received just 5 donut holes instead of the 25 I ordered. I called the store repeatedly, but no one answered. When I later went back to the store, the employee at the counter told me they don’t answer the phone because ‘only telemarketers call,’ which was shocking to hear.

Today was the final straw. I ordered three spider donuts for my daughter online, but when I arrived, I was told they were sold out. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to contact corporate or use the app, which added unnecessary frustration. On top of that, the rest of my order was handed to me in a box that was soggy from sitting in a spilled drink. It was unacceptable. Like she was okay with giving them to me she clearly saw as she tried to wipe it off.

This location could greatly benefit from better training, improved ordering processes, and more attentive customer service. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for an incomplete order, and then be expected to chase down a refund.

The girl at the window needs to be trained correctly! She totally screwed up our complete order AND we had to ask for napkins, too.
