This place blows, hate it’s the only dunkin near my house but I’ll for sure be taking my money across the street every morning to the Starbucks next door. Told everyone working the drive thru thank yoy , was kind, and at the end told them to have a great day. Nothing not even one word. They just looked at me like I was crazy. Can’t belive people still come here.

The staff at this location has always been very friendly. The only complaint I would have would be, I like my coffee hot when I order it that way.

Every single time I order from this location my coffee is wrong. Last time I ordered a Hazelnut iced latte with two pumps of liquid sugar. They didn't tell my sister until she got there that they didn't have hazelnut and they put almond in it. The coffee was awful. This time I asked for the exact same thing and it taste awful like they didn't have Hazelnut so they just put plain milk or cream in the drink. It's gross and too expensive to be doing this.
Edit: Ended up contacting corporate and they didn't do anything either so there's that.

This is not Dunkin coffee. I drink it everyday for the past 20 years trust me. Horrible it tastes like cleaning chemicals. The worst Dunkins ever.

This place can NEVER get your order right. How hard is it to make a “hot” coffee? If places that are known for coffee cannot make it right then who can? The latte was cold as Antartica. Previous visits have also yielded same results and that too at 8 in the morning on a weekday!!!! This place needs a new management who is better at hiring people who can make and serve better coffee. Update 9/12: The new male server working here is RUDE!!! He does NOT get the order right and raises his tone if you repeat more than once to help him get the order right. This place keeps going downhill.

Never leave reviews for fast food but the service here was terrible. They were very rude for no real reason. And the women in the drive through was actively yelling at other employees while we were ordering. We had to even clarify if she was talking to us like? Otherwise the food was regular dunkin quality.

I hardly leave reviews, however the service at Dunkin is usually awful. The past few times I’ve gone, the woman is rude/snippy/short. Same experience this morning and I’m not surprised they cannot keep help. If they’re rude to their customers I imagine they’re rude to employees. Life is hard enough, don’t be so rude.
