I use to love this Dunkin , I noticed there more men in there working, and the bald man who is in a collar shirt charged my card wrong yesterday for a diff order and when I came today there's a wait with one car in line and this matcha is f*ckinf nasty and has clumps and is thick and not milky and light, when I'm paying $7 I want my drink right, I won't be back to that location it's gone down hill

They had no donuts. I stood at register to buy a coffee mug and get ice coffee. It took over 15 minutes to take my order. I paid, and then I stood another 15 minutes to get my ice coffee. Two clerks 1 clerk sit down and said it was time for him to go. The guy that took my order he kept fixing drive thru before my order. He would run outside with order and come back to get the next order. Next time I'm in the area, I will go to Starbucks. I will not go to this dunkin' Donuts

Managers are severely unprofessional, they are always out of donuts that u want, because they are frozen and no longer made fresh and it deff taists like it, hadn't been to a dunkin in like 15-20 ish years and this was an absolute disgrace.

It was a first and last for me. This is unacceptable and a lot of money to serve stale dry uneatable doughnuts. I bought 2 dozen and they were so bad I had to throw them away. I don't see how the can even sell doughnuts that taste like they were made last week. Then I ordered special ones and they didn't have them so I ended up with 2 dozen of glazed and charged extra. That's a lot of money just to throw in the trash. I will never go back again.

If you want to wait over 20 min for a simple order that is wrong, disgustingly made, or missing items, this is your place! I go here all the time as I live near it and have little choice of where to go, and every single time I am disappointed with one of the above issues. Staff is hit or miss.

They are super short staffed and the staff at the drive thru window is showing their frustration with the attitude given to customers. 3 separate occasions I tried them with hopes the v first two were just off days where things were stressful for them but the level of rude I received the last visit was the last for me. I will not recommend or return to this location.

I just got home from yet another painful experience at this Dunkin. Every time you go they NEVER have what you’re asking for. Can I have? I have none left. Ok, can I have? No I have none left. Ok what about ..? I have only one left lmao ok well I’m a family of 5 so there goes our Dunkin breakfast.11am no muffins ???? NEVER have every kind of bagel.. speaking of, 3 times no sesame bagel on way to the pool at 10am OR the order is wrong. Hasn’t it occurred yet TO INCREASE YOUR INVENTORY to make MORE sales and ACTUALLY HAVE what customers are asking for when they come during the hours of operation.Can we also talk about how messed up (high) one of the employees were behind the counter today. It’s VERY OBVIOUS and not professional what so ever. I was sick to my stomach as she was wiping her nose with her hand and sleeve over and over again while picking my donuts. Her hair was a disaster, eyes barely open, jerky movements, just standing there swaying back and forth side to side, STARING at the machines like they’re going to make the orders themselves, just a complete mess and embarrassment on Dunkin’s part and those working along side her who clearly look like they're either ignoring it or don’t know what so ever. She rang someone up and never even charged them, gave them their food and said have a good day so the drawer was obviously $20 short. HAS NO IDEA what is going on there and food certainly isn’t going to come out any faster with someone like that.The drive thru line is Soooo long every single time and if you go inside thinking it’s better, NOT even close! You just stand there while they ignore you for nearly 30 minutes tending to the drive thru line because there is NO organization or enough staff what so ever. HIRE enough people! You have drive thru staff, Front counter staff and the cooks in the back preparing and sending it up and out. Counter person gets donuts muffins etc makes coffee for counter people. Drive thru takes drive orders SIMPLE. They really need to figure their Shi* out before Starbucks arrives and drowns them.I was so excited a Dunkin was coming here and it’s been a real let down being that I still haven't been able to get the things I enjoy eating with my coffee unless I arrive at 6am to try to get the one of 10 they have in stock and/or wait 45 minutes on a line that should take no more than 3 mins per car IF THAT.Please fire and re-hire or train properly or look at management or something because it’s a great location with great potential but it’s prob the absolute WORST location I’ve ever been to and the service is absolutely awful, No one has a clue what’s going on and I really would like to be able to come just once at least and get my family everything they would like without hearing 5 times sorry we’re out. ?? Prayin for ya’ll

Today they served me God knows what for an ice coffee. I returned to store and ask the person on counter to dump it out so I could see what was in it. He quickly ran back in the store returned and said manager said to go on app and do refund. They would dump the cup so I could see what on God's green earth did they put in it. You could not insert the straw more than 1- 2 inches from top of cup. It was hard like trash was in it. Not ice. Well from them yelling at you to serving up God knows what for drinks I suggest to avoid this place. Me and mine are done and you can expect me to pass on the truth to what there serving up. Yep I was in line the first day they opened sat back and have watched as it has grown into a mess. I've actually sat in line for almost an hour before. On top of that pulled up with no one in line to them tell you hold on and not return for sometimes ten minutes. Really ???? Wow what's disgrace for Dunkin donuts. Problem they have with me is I'm a guy who always gives the benefit of doubt. Understand the toughness of fast food and I never complain but find excuses for some. Not this show. It needs closed down. It's a disgrace to our area.
