Not usually one to give fast food reviews, but the experience I had today at this location was disappointing. I stop here a lot on my way to work, today I decided to go inside instead of the drive thru. The food was good and fresh but the service could be better. As I waited on my order I could see the staff was struggling to keep up, while I assume who was the manager or shift leader just sitting in the dining area eating!!! And scrolling away on her phone while the rest of the staff struggle to get orders out. I decided to eat my meal in the parking lot, I was there a solid 25 minutes on top of the almost 15 minutes I waited on my order, and as I look inside I STILL see this woman ignoring how busy it was and continues to sit and stare at her phone. I've only been inside to order 2 times ever since I moved here and BOTH times it was the same experience with the same (who I assume) manager. It's just sad to see lazy people taking advantage of a job position when there are better, more qualified people out there needing a job. And to top it off... On a Sunday morning. Sorry for the long rant. But some things just ain't right.

Came to get breakfast ordered three breakfast sandwiches. The biscuits lack quality. It's like Hardee's has just dropped them in a deep fryer instead of actually baking them. All of that grease taste nasty 🤢🤮 making the biscuit not so consuming. Biscuits and food were better back in the 90's when Hardee's sold chicken. I hope that you all can fix this issue nationwide. This way I won't feel tricked out of my money and my tummy can be full and happy at the start of my day. Other than this customer service at this location, as well as others has been great!

We stopped by this location this morning on our way out of town. We are local, but this was our first time eating at this Hardee’s. We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome by the gentleman and lady that were working. They promptly got our order together, thanked us for stopping in, and the food was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Mr.steven did a exceptional job working as the only employee working it took him 5 minutes to make all of our food (which was a big order) all of it is fresh and hot and her didnt miss a single thing. He was very polite understandable joyful making sure everything was right had a wonderful appearance and attitude through the whole drive thru.

Been coming to this Hardee’s every Saturday for a few months and never had a messed up order, service is always spectacular. Best Hardee’s around by far. Keep up the good work!
Very clean and cozy Hardee's location with a very friendly staff. Delicious hot food and cold drinks and shakes. Can't go wrong with their menu. Especially with the value of their original bag now it's more affordable than going to the grocery store. I will be returning to this location to eat many more times as I suggest you should as well.

place is incostinet with its food quality, some days food is hot and correct , other times it’s wrong and old or hard , like today my chicken wraps were missing shredded cheese and ranch, just plain with lettuce and pickle.. dry… fries were limp but hot so not fresh.. my drink was sweet, i ordered a coke zero.. my beginning total in drive thru was $10.90 then i did my order on the app for $8.55 through the original meal deal because the cashier wouldn’t.. prob won’t return bc the hardees down the road is pretty good
