Went inside and ordered two regular sized club subs and was told the amount of meat and bacon placed on the sandwich depends on the size of the bread that they cut. We had to remind the young lady that our subs come with bacon. So if the bread is smaller you may only get two pieces of bacon instead of three even though you’re paying the same price either way. Seems completely unfair especially for the prices. Not sure how Jersey Mikes is still in business with practices like that. Beware if you’re ordering online because there were several other subs being prepared the same way.
Stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Terrell, NC, and had a great experience. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference.
I ordered a regular ham and provolone sub, and it was fresh, delicious, and made just right. Definitely recommend this location if you’re craving a solid sub with good vibes!
Placed an order online to be picked up at 7. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to complete my order of 3 sandwiches. I could have just walked in ordered and got it faster. I watched them complete walk in orders before they did mine.

This Jersey Mike's location is very clean, inviting, and fast paced. I am a customer service manager at a restaurant and I can say that Bragston has hands down amazing customer service! He is the kind of person I want working at my restaurant!
Garbage
I ordered a regular 42 and it was very tasty, the flavor and the taste was really nice. I would definitely go back and I had great service. I liked the atmosphere there but it didn’t feel to cozy and I would like to add that the person who made me my sandwich did a very good job, he got the food out at a good fast time and I didn’t have to wait around for to long! Which was really great. The guy that made me the sandwich looked around 16 years old and had brown curly hair he was very sweet and polite I really like how I was treated there! It made me feel welcome and makes me want to go again!
Awesome job on making my sandwich and consistency with my sandwich artist Noah was one it! Very nice! Would recommend this shop!

Have to shout out Noah that works there! He was so nice and went above and beyond and provided great customer service! He made the sandwiches fast and all with jokes and a smile! 10/10!

After the app ordering snafu weeks ago, I needed to use the app again for convenience. That is the whole point, right? I had been avoiding JMs unless I could order inside and watch the build. The manager commented to give it another chance. Well there it was and they failed miserably … again. They can’t follow the details and modifications for separate subs. It’s time to use the accumulated points (inside) and throw the app in the lake. Publix makes a great sub and puts the stuff on in the order you want with no attitude.

Worst customer service experience, I did not receive what I asked. The lady said she asked me three times and was very rude!!! I called back and asked to speak with a mange "Bill" who said that I should probably go to another store. Also he handed the phone over to that same lady who took my order while I was in store and then she continued her rudeness telling me goodnight instead of asking me to come back to resolve the order. I would be delighted to hear from the owner on why the workers give up and yield at me in front customer.
