Quesadilla is never cooked all the way. The cheese is not melted. WHY IS AN EXTRA CUP OF CHEESE $1.19?!?! They have doubled it since they opened and it’s literally a tablespoon of cheese!!

An employee of the name Loreli was taking pictures of my friend and I today when we came in to dine in and had sent the pictures to others. will be calling the store tomorrow to see if this issue can be resolved. if not i'll be coming in to talk to a manager or the owner of the store. food was good though but can't be having people like this work for you

This is probably the 10th time I’ve tried to get a burrito with no sour cream, the reciept says -sour cream.

Then I get all the way home to find sour cream on my burrito.

Fool me once shame on Taco Bell, fool me 10 times shame on me.

Doesn’t matter what day, what time, drive thru or inside, this Taco Bell takes absolutely foreverrrrrrr. It’s by far the worst part about visiting this location.
I have tried to mobile order to make the experience faster, but in the words of the employee, “we have to manually accept mobile orders to start them” …. So they wait until that person arrives to accept the order & start the food. Pointless.
Nachos also constantly smell and taste like old oil.

Unmarked Entrance to parking lot starts the review. ARROW painted at entry points you to a one way parking lot going the WRONG way!

Then the menus have no descriptions of what add-ins are tossed into a simple Chicken casa—-so be aware it comes with chicken, way too much cheese-and get this flaming hot bits of peppers that will help turn you into a flaming AH -especially when you sir at a table anchored to the floor as are the bench seats which ARE NOT ALIGNED TO THE TABLE.

When you unwrap the golden treasure in your paper serving bag, you find they must employ kindergartners and only trust them with anything other than a toy plastic pizza cutter. Might just as well skip that step in the kitchen.

As soon as you try to pick it up the grease from the excessive amount of cheap oil-based cheese runs down your hand to your wrist. You can’t even count on the dents in the crispy? That’s what the menu does say! Nope soggy outer shell!! to act like places where you can pull it apart. Nope again.

Then, don’t put the lid on your cup. Once done you have to crush the cup to get the lid off.

NEVER AGAIN. Almost $7.00. Talk about throwing money away!!

Someone needs to come up with a term other than DINE-IN for places that offer no “dining experience”
