I order a grilled chicken biscuit with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Every single time, I get a fried chicken biscuit with egg, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. I even make sure to say no cheese. No egg. Still, I get the wrong order. Not sure what the problem is, but it's ridiculous.

The employees here are always super friendly day snd kind and ph so patient! ? And the food is always great and I'm pretty sure they have only messed up once on an order for us and it was a tiny one ?

Very rude staff at the drive-through. I held my phone out for Apple Pay. The attendant at the window immediately grunted in annoyance and began verbally complaining to coworkers about how inconvenient it was for her to accept Apple Pay. Her coworkers agreed with her and went on to banter about it. I'm not sure if they did this to shame me for using Apple Pay or if they genuinely did not care that I was listening. This was early in the morning with no line behind me, and the whole transaction didn’t take more than a minute. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary
