I was so happy when this location opened because these guys make the best biscuits of all the fast food restaurants, hands-down. I love the actual real fried eggs. It’s the little things.
But this location apparently uses Siler City tapwater, and Siler City has some of the worst tapwater in the country. Anything they make with water – iced tea especially, tastes like swamp. I don’t understand why a restaurant wouldn’t outlay the relatively small expense for a water filter if the municipal water is this bad. I always forget, and I always order a large iced tea, and I end up throwing it out. It’s that bad. It even affects the flavor of the grits.
And today, the napkins had a very strong mildew odor on them. It was a little shocking. I’m just gonna have to stop going here unless they start taking their quality more seriously. I hope they fix it.

I have stopped at this location several times to purchase Strawberry Muffins to find that they do not have them but yet still advertising them! It is advertised on the sign out front, on their window, on a drive-thur cone, and on the drive- thur menu. If you don't have what you advertising, please take it off the menu or put up a sign stating it's no longer available!

Biscuitville is a notch above the rest. The flour used is a quality product for making the biscuits. A very good flavor over other biscuits. The sweet treats are delicious. I can't make my mind up on which is tastier the strawberry or blueberry muffin or the raspberry swirl. Delicious!!!!

I've heard that the food was really good here and I've wanted to check them out for awhile. Also, they've really been hyping their bacon entrees and I love bacon. But, I have to say I was underwhelmed, disappointed even. The biscuits were just okay - fresh but a bit dry and without much flavor. The bacon was paper thin and also very bland. A thick slice of hickory, applewood or mesquite smoked and/or peppered bacon would have made a world of difference. The atmosphere is just typical fast food restaurant vibe but at least it was clean and, I think, fairly new. The staff were very courteous a served up the order quicker than expected. Frankly, they are the reason for the third star!

Service was amazing, food was absolutely terrible. My entire breakfast sandwich was burnt and a piece of plastic was attached to the sausage patty. My coffee tasted like water with milk added to it.

This biscuitville is trash compared to when it first opened. Everytime I go, the biscuits are hard as a rock and I have something missing from my order. Just a waste of time and money in my opinion. And when the girl handed us our food at the window she didn’t say anything. At least say have a good day or something. That’s just normal customer service.
