Biscuitville is a notch above the rest. The flour used is a quality product for making the biscuits. A very good flavor over other biscuits. The sweet treats are delicious. I can't make my mind up on which is tastier the strawberry or blueberry muffin or the raspberry swirl. Delicious!!!!
I've heard that the food was really good here and I've wanted to check them out for awhile. Also, they've really been hyping their bacon entrees and I love bacon. But, I have to say I was underwhelmed, disappointed even. The biscuits were just okay - fresh but a bit dry and without much flavor. The bacon was paper thin and also very bland. A thick slice of hickory, applewood or mesquite smoked and/or peppered bacon would have made a world of difference....

But this location apparently uses Siler City tapwater, and Siler City has some of the worst tapwater in the country. Anything they make with water – iced tea especially, tastes like swamp. I don’t understand why a restaurant wouldn’t outlay the relatively small expense...
