Stopped to pick up a Whopper meal and 2 hamburgers. Guy at window was really friendly and helpful. HOWEVER after getting in the highway I only found the Whopper meal and no hamburgers for me. Couldn’t get off the highway to retrieve my meal. Husband got to eat. I am still hungry. Very very disappointed

I would give no stars if I could. I walked into the lobby and up to the counter to order. Both girls working the front and the male working the back disappeared to the back of the building. I know that the girls seen me as I made direct eye contact with both. I walked out of the building and started driving away. Only to see the 2 girls out in the back of the building smoking. Apparently smoking comes before customers.

I go drive thru. Visit somewhat frequently. Consistent. Food is good. Folks are nice. My order is always correct. They've earned my business over the past few years. I don't eat much fast food but I do like a good burger...
the food was amazing 😍 and the service is spectacular got my food very fast and employees were very nice would recommend

Ordered some of the new whoppers because we were really excited to try them out, and were pretty disappointed as they seemed to forget half the ingredients for the whopper. The maple bourbon bbq whopper was advertised to have onions and jalapeño, and they just didn’t put it on the sandwich. The Mexican street corn burger was advertised to have street corn spread, tortilla crisps, and spicy queso. They completely forgot the queso and only put the corn spread on half the sandwich. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren’t busy at the time. We both got meals with fries and a shake, and it was NOT worth the money at all in my opinion. Very disappointing that it was so expensive compared to the quality. I would be willing to pay $13 per meal if it were to include all the ingredients advertised, but it didn’t.

The best seat in the dinning area is along the wall of the drive thru. This is where you can see the employee’s prepare your food and use their phones constantly. That explains all the other posts about the nasty dinning area, takes twice the kitchen staff to do the job with that free hand they have. I won’t interrupt them anymore, I’ve seen enough.
