If I could give zero stars I would. How do you put the correct wrapper on for an impossible whopper, label it correctly on the receipt and STILL give me real beef! I even had a manager of another location confirm that it was real. What is happening to the quality of the fast food that it’s so bad I can’t even trust them to give me no meat when I ask for no meat? Why even offer it if you can’t even get it right? And then the incompetence not realizing that it’s not ok when called.

Ordered an impossible whopper for a vegetarian and clearly the cook didn’t pay attention and out a beef patty, then called and the manager on duty didn’t seem to care at all. I told them the issue and all they said was “oh okay”

The GM, Charles, was very kind to me. I had ordered from Uber Eats, but the driver cancelled on me last minute after the food had already been made. I had to go pick up the order myself, which of course is NOT BKs fault. I was worried about how it would be cold by the time I made it there and back home. Even though he didn’t have to, Charles was willing to have my order remade so that we would have hot food. BK doesn’t get reimbursed for this, so I wouldn’t have been upset if he had said no! It was a small act of kindness, that meant a lot in this not so kind world. Thanks Charles!!! The food was great and location seemed clean.

Horrible! It’s 2:20pm on a Friday and I just walked out of this BK. What I ordered was 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium Havesies. That process took 25 minutes because ‘Angela’ did not speak much English, I don’t speak any Spanish and she was not at all familiar with the menu. She handed me my receipt and as I walked to the far end of the counter, I saw on the receipt that she had charged me for a Bacon Cheeseburger and medium Havesies. Well, at least she got one thing right. Thankfully there was a manager there who corrected my order. Two other customers standing next to me were having issues with their orders too. We all agreed that they don’t waste a minute training their people 🤦♂️. With all the other food options in Siler City, you’d think they might work harder at training their employees. If you can’t communicate with a large percentage of your customers, is the front counter, taking food orders the best choice? Probably NOT.
