I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The food was far from what I expected. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. For the price, I expected much better quality. Definitely not the KFC I used to enjoy. I won’t be coming back anytime soo

Everything was good. The power went out as we were finishing our meal. This was not the restaurant's fault.
Second time been here to get chicken. They were totally out of chicken at 530 the first day I stoped and they didn't want to make any more. This time it was 730 and out of chicken again. How do you not have chicken made when you dont close until 11. This place is horrible.

Waited 20 minutes to give order with no one in line. Finally got food. Chicken was hard and dry like it has been in warmer all day long. Didn't even have high chairs for the babies to use to eat. When I brought the chicken back and asked how old it was she said I don't know. $50 and can't even eat. Won't be coming back
