very rude staff and NEVER get your order right
Ordered on the mobile app. It took 35 minutes to bring me cold food. I asked the young man if I should have gone thru drive thru. He said “no, you ordered cookies”. As I started telling him it doesn’t take that long to bake cookies, he said “oh well, have a good night” and walked off. My last visit to that McDonald’s. And don’t bother trying to call the # in Google or the app….ridiculous all the way around.
They make mistakes almost every time at the drive thru. This morning we ordered 2 steak egg & cheese bagels Receipt says steak egg & cheese bagels. THERE WAS NO STEAK ON EITHER BAGEL. I called & left a message.
