It was a disaster. The young lady couldn't understand English very well and seemed to be new. There were plenty of people in the back but no one would help her. People were complaining about the app not giving order numbers, no napkins, etc. All of that, I could overlook, but when I got my double cheeseburger and took a bite, the parchment paper was still on it. They never took it off, but threw the cheese on top of it. The hamburger was still rare. After I took the hamburger and paper to the front and asked for my money back, it took 10 minutes to get. No one ever offered, I had to ask.

I don't do this ever but I have to give props where props are due.... I was coming back from a late night at a concert and decided to eat at McDonald's. Boy was I pleasantly surprised from the moment we pulled up to order the service was on point. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food that I received was a double quarter pounder meal and wow was it fresh and delicious . It was easily the best burger I've ever had at a McDonald's and easily the best burger I've had in years. So hot and juicy the fries are always top so like I said before my hats of to the extraordinary team they had on hand tonight....

Busy drive thru would usually mean an awful long wait at your normal McDonald’s but this Saturday morning crew was rockin and rolling and had our LARGE order ready to go when we got to the window. Food & drinks were fresh and delicious.

Absolutely.Great experience had a fantastic play area for the children and famiy first one and a long time that I've seen.That has a large place that and a large area for parents to sit while their children play and eat

Never got refund claim they have no shakes ordered on the app now have to go track down an owner to fix this

This is the WORST McDonald's on the East Coast. Fight me on it. Horrible service, disgusting drinks that are not carbonated, order wrong, took forever and a day getting our food.

Food is good but twice now I have gotten a Dr. Pepper & Sprite and they have a mold taste.
They need to clean their drink nozzles. Got a diet Dr pepper tonight and it tastes like there's mold in it. What a waste of money.
