I waited outside in the drive thru overflow for over 15 min. The girl who brings the food out came to my car 4 times. The first time she asked what I got and told her. The second time she brought me the wrong food. The third and fourth times I told her I still didn't have the happy meal for my daughter. After waiting another 10 min we cut the car off and walked in to find her laughing with coworkers. I asked her if my daughters happy meal was ready and she acted like she didn't even know who I was. She said she would go make it real quick. We get home and the happy meal order isn't even right. This is the last time I go to this McDonald's.

Worst bathroom I have ever seen. My husband said vomit and poop and pee was on the toilet ... unusable! The urinal was flooded and floors were disgusting.

Went through the drive thru last night was ask to hold on before I gave my order so staff could finish a conversation 5 minutes into the wait I went ahead and pulled up to the window just so the person taking my order could be rude. After I finished giving my order I moved up to the pickup window just to sit there almost 10 minutes after the long wait a person came to the window just to let me know they were out of ice cream. Needless to say someone should have said that in the beginning instead of taking my order making me wait 25 minutes. Won't be visiting that McDonald's anymore I'll give

This location is a horrible place to eat at. It has extremely rude service and they are super slow. Each time I visit. I am asked to pull up and wait even if it's just a cheeseburger. One time I waited twenty minutes because they got my cheeseburgers wrong and had to take that long to fix it .i order the same thing every time I come there and it is never correct and all I order is literally two cheeseburgers with extra onions. My brother boyfriend and I ate here a couple weeks ago and ended up getting food poisoning. I've tried contacting corporate But there doesn't seem to be a phone number to directly contact them. I could probably write a whole book with all my concerns and horrible experiences at this location.

Oniy 1 star as they have no negative. Went last Thursday pm worst experience ever my wife's burger ordered no pickle or onion took back they took pickle and most oniooff added lots lettuce gave back in same box, my double qtr ordered plain just cheese had everything took back they removed pickle and lettuce gave back in same box with the ketchup and mustard soaked in the bun had to get refund at this point manager offered no apology. He seemed indifferent to the whole matter.

Absolutely sick and tired of the rude employees that work there. My wife and I go there all the time in the morning for breakfast . It’s on the way to dropping our kids off for school. 9/10 times out order is always messed up. Employees there absolutely do not care they are rude and seems like the don’t care about there job.
