Called and placed an order before they closed. Waited for the order for damn near an hour. Then a lady calls named Kylie (claiming to be a manager) waits until the place is closed saying they couldn’t get a DoorDash driver and never made the food. So instead of calling and giving us an option to pick it up she made the decision for us and canceled our order. I asked her what she was going to do about this and she tells me I can call corporate and that’s about it. Really???? That’s how a manager handles a situation that is clearly on her?? The level of unprofessionalism that this “so called” manager displayed blows my mind. There are so many ways she could have handled this but she didn’t care. She was ready to go home and only thinking of herself. We would have came and got the order if we were given the chance. Never ever again!!!

Worst experience I had had in a long time! After the delivery was a hr late they guy calls and says he has no drivers and if he remakes my order would I come and pick it up, so I said sure long as you make it fresh so I go pick it up (without checking it) get home to find out the order is wrong and definitely not remade fresh! I can back and mid sentence the guy put me on hold and leaves me there! I will NOT BE BACK!

Will never order pizza hut again that was last time and to get treated like I did. Ordered 42 dollars worth of food on the app showed to being on its way for delivery at 10. At 1045 I called asking about my food they said they didn't have a driver but the app showed it was on the way. No one called me at all so when I asked why I got hung up on never again will i waist my money

This is NOT the first time I have ordered pizza hut and there was a problem. They never have enough drivers but the worst part is they are too busy playing around in the store instead of calling their customers to let them know their food can't be delivered. The pizza (when it does come) isn't even cut correctly. Corporate needs to fire the goof balls in there and get some different employees because these SUCKS. DOMINOS FOR THE WIN.
