Its a must to stop here & taste the staple that i grew up on. If you dnt know by now, always show up early morning & ask for the bag of skins, these aren't your regular idea skins. All the food here make you go back for multiple rounds

Visited the Siler City location. The recipe must have changed. The batter was full of grease and not flavorful like past visits. Very dissapointed. 😔

Service is always exceptional, staff are always working with a willingness to serve, and their bbq is always flavorful. I have a difficult time deciding if I want to order their bbq or a plate of their fried chicken. Their fried chicken is crispy and cooked to perfection.

Had a wonderful experience! Payton Pickett took my order and was so sweet and professional. It was refreshing to see someone so young working so hard! Great staff all around and food was great.

Used the drive thru. Service was quick. Had the pork platter and two sides. Everything was delicious and there was plenty of it. No comment on atmosphere, since we didn't dine in.

BBQ, Beans, Stew, and Hushpuppies were all good, but the slaw tasted a little old and the desserts were subpar: Pecan Pie was mainly filling (corn syrup) and the Banana Pudding tasted box-made with soggy wafers.

We like Smithfield's because we usually have good service and good food. Today was a missed opportunity for this business to provide both good service and good food. We ordered to dine in. That was exactly what we told her when she asked. They brought food to go with no utensils or napkins. The chicken usually has good flavor, not today. No flavor. The dip for the chicken was watered down ranch and the container was half full with 1/2 container for 5 pieces of chicken. So after 3 trips back to the counter we got to eat. The customers were nice and it was clean. I doubt we will go back even though we travel through her 2 times a month

Always happy to go to Smithfield’s! I used to go with my grandpa when I was little, now I get to take my family. Something about the atmosphere seems to bring people together!
