Typical Sonic menu. Decent food. Miss the Chicago Dog which is a regional thing. Great Strawberry Unsweetened Tea.

Multiple times I have gone and ordered a burger and for some reason the people in the back can't read the screen that displays people's orders cause if they could I wouldn't have raw onions or special sauce on my burger right now. You have one job it's not that hard cause you don't even need a high school diploma to work. And my corn dog was burnt and over cooked

There was no brownie for the shakes/ blasts, so i got a cookie dough blast but there was barely any cookie dough in the blast.
I used to eat sonic a couple times a week. Now I'm done with the siler city location because they stopped allowing online orders and I know exactly why the owner doesn't want us to use the deals on the app so I'll happily take my business elsewhere

Manager is extremely unhelpful and has zero customer service … their app site is always down and they will not honor their app site prices. Super disappointed with this place most places will honor their advertisements when they are having computer issues.
I’ve been waiting for my food for more than an hour ? I’ve said something as well and all they keep saying is it’ll be right out. I waited over an hour for them to tell me there out of stock of everything I ordered but a drink more then an hour the staff here is lazy and disrespectful get new workers these people are bad at a simple job.

My friend and I had 2 small mobile orders that were due to be ready at 8:33 and 8:38. No problem that they might be over time but we didn't receive both of our complete orders until after 9:30. This was after pressing the call button and being told it would just be a couple more minutes. If we hadn't pressed the button we would still be there today waiting ?. The lady who brought it out was very sweet and friendly but the others inside making orders were goofing off and one was even sitting down. How do I know ? Because I checked my order before we left and was missing a side so we pulled to the window and had to wait again and could see inside. We waited forever for something simple. Also, my order was supposed to be ready 5 mins before my friend and when they brought out food after we talked to them they brought my friends and we had to wait another 10 mins for mine. From order placed on app in the stall until we left the parking lot we waited OVER 1 hour. We wanted to refund our money and leave but with using the app and having already paid we couldn't get a refund. RIDICULOUS and I can't imagine we will be back here.

I guess that being polite is optional now. I Ordered 4 items. The employee was very short with me. Didn't ask if I needed or wanted any toppings. Took a reasonable amount of time to deliver the items. She handed me each one as I said Thank You every time she handed me another item , 4 Thank You in a row. Her reply ,? Was " Yea " and walked off. Maybe my tip wasn't good enough or maybe she was just mad. I don't know. But really ? You can't even say You're Welcome? Or even put a smile on your face ? If that's your attitude towards the people who spend money here that pays your salary, then maybe you shouldn't deal with the public. Will definitely make sure my tip next time reflects the rudeness I received today.....

Slow, rude, and my food was burned... coffee was old tasting... do not recommend.
