Went to order two shakes, not a hard request as there was no one there. They rang my shake up wrong and I politely asked them to make the shake correctly and she sat there and gave me attitude after ignoring me at the speaker for awhile while laughing. They sat there laughing and ignoring everyone in the drive through.

So the empty parking lot should have gave me a clue!!! There is always something broken or down this time just happened to be what I even came for a milkshake which hey it sonic that’s what they are known for. Just not really worth going here waste of time. Kids got slushies but said tasted funny!!!!!

My car died at the speaker while I ordered late last night. Tony, helped me out with a battery charger. That wasn't the issue and he checked up on me while I waited for help and tow. Went above and beyond. Thanks a lot!

Would not recommend going here unless you enjoy rude employees and horrible customer service! Employee at the speaker made me pull to the window after waiting at the speaker and said he couldn't understand me, I'm sorry, I'm speaking English and you can't understand? Then rudely told me to put my phone away, I replied no (my wallet is on my phone). He then proceeded to slam the window and make rude comments about me to other coworkers as if I couldn't hear, then opened the window again. I told him he could cancel my order due to the bad customer service and he rolled his eyes and slammed the window again. Coming from someone that has been in customer service and the food service for years (we own our own food truck) this is unacceptable!

Missing food, stale drinks, received a new drink to replace the stale one and that was spilling all over the side and top. Horrible food.
Bought food on the app and paid 32 dollars for it. They told me someone else had got it and pretty much told us ohh well. Literally acted like it was our problem and not their fault. We left with no food and our money gone. I Literally have issues every single time I come to this sonic. I can't belive how terrible it is.

The drive thru speaker needs to be fixed. The employees taking the orders can never hear what you're saying and they make you literally yell your order out and when they can't hear you they get an attitude. Customer service is worse with every visit but food is normally ok but this time around it was horrible. I could definitely tell the chicken patty was old because it was very burnt and extremely soggy/greasy. $27 for 2 combos and a small order of stale popcorn chicken that they automatically decided to make medium and not even give us medium drinks or tots. Do not waste your hard earned money here.
