If you are headed into the Outer Banks and don’t stop in and eat at El’s East, then shame on you! Food is amazing, service is even better and I can’t remember the last time I received more food for the money. If you’re coming or going hungry, that’s your fault!

The super shrimp burger is a favorite among customers, and fries are cooked to perfection, with one order being ridiculously big. The drive-thru pickup is a convenient addition, making it easy for those on the go. Although it's grab-and-go, the service is friendly and hardworking, and customers love the convenience and the quality of the food. El's East serves the same good food as the original El's, with the added option to call in orders for quicker pickup. Portions are always more than enough, with folks always happy to see customers. From hot dogs and burgers to fried oysters and seafood platters, everything is some kinda good. Hushpuppies are A++. While some customers wish for picnic tables and a canopy for outdoor eating, the pricing, huge quantity, and freshness can't be beat. Anyone headed to the Outer Banks should not miss this place; the food is amazing, and the service is even better.
