I paid $35 for a specialty pizza and (undercooked) wings, I understand supporting small businesses and staying away from commercial but you would think for the price that I paid, it would at least be better food.

The shop is small inside, but they make the best of the space. We had a short wait for a large family on a Monday night so we knew it had to be good.. glad we waited! We had the WMD and the 3 Little Pigs and garlic knots. It was all super good, our server was nice and quick to check in with us.

First time we went and got the WMD pizza, it was decent (little dry but had sauce on it to even it out). It took some time to get our food from when we ordered when there was only us and a small family. This second time we did takeout and the pizza was really dry and hard to eat. The egg parm my wife got she described as bland as well. I’d understand if the pizza wasn’t $25 but I’ll just go to the dominos across the street for better pizza for way less.

We usually eat at Baked Pizza Company at least one evening when we come to NTB and never any issues. We arrived this evening at 7:50pm and they close at 9pm. When we ask for a table upon arrival the waitress was not friendly. Acted like she didn't want to seat us. There were several tables open, after 10 minutes of waiting she started moving customers eating their meal and took a table that was connected to a customers table and moved it next to the other empty tables. She then seated us. The salad and pizza we received was very delicious. We received our salads and pizza soon after placing order. We were never ask if we wanted a drink refill. She started putting chairs up on empty tables a few minutes after 8pm. The atmosphere was terrible. If you want customers to come back be friendly and make them feel welcome. This is the reason for the low review.

We went to go try it out last night for dinner and was not impressed at all! To start off with the building itself felt really cramped, their was no bartender in the bar, 10 employees standing around talking with the small dinning room looking a mess, only one of the employees seemed nice and that was one of the two cashiers. Their was a girl who was sweeping the floor over in the to-go area and she just came up to us and stood right in front of us looking at us until we moved “no excuse me, no thank you, NOTHING” so we went out to the car to wait, then my husband went in to go pick up the pizzas and sides and he realized his pizza was wrong, he asked for no Canadian bacon and they put the ham on it and didn’t put the regular bacon on it, so we had to wait while they remade his pizza, however my husband failed to look at my pizza, I ordered a buffalo pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms and when I got home I had a BBQ pizza with no mushrooms! Needless to say we won’t be going back! Almost $90.00 for 2 pizzas, 6 cheese sticks, and 8 fried mushrooms and was grotesquely impressed!!!!!
