I had the pleasure of working with Brian and Michelle on a recent catering order for a real estate event. Big B's came highly recommended and I now see why! Everything from the brisket to the pulled pork was incredibly tender and flavorful. Plus, each of the sides (mac & cheese, slaw & more) were also stars. I was able to enjoy Big B's catering for the first time today at a 30th wedding anniversary celebration. Absolutely blown away by your good food. The brisket, chicken, pulled pork, and sides were all high quality goodness. I plan to bring the family out to the trailer and introduce them.

Not only is the food out of this world, the staff and owner are some of the kindest people around! You are always treated like family! We love to support the local guy whenever we can, so when we were searching for good bbq to cater our daughter’s wedding we swung into Big B’s to give it a try. They welcomed us like family and treated us with all the extras to make sure we were getting what we liked.
The wedding was at a local venue, where Brian and Anita personally delivered and set up the entire buffet. A hundred guests and not one complaint - dozens of compliments voiced and texted to me afterward. Had several ask for caterer’s name so they could use them for their own upcoming events.
Can’t go wrong with Big B’s - simply the best of its kind in the area!
