$7.38 for a SMALL blizzard.. SMALL. they don't even put the fudge in it like they should. I got vanilla ice cream and blended cookie dough. Don't waste your money

Good food and great ice cream

Got raw chicken tenders from them. When I called to tell them they just said I could come get fresh ones.

So glad they got brand new ice cream machines. The ice cream is so delicious. Friendly staff. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Very poor customer service. After a long wait in the drive-thru line, we finally pull up to the window only to sit and wait even longer. Our order was ready, two Blizzards sitting just inside the window, but no service. We see the employees going back and forth past the window, apparently rushing to close the store, but no concern for the customers waiting in line. There were no customers inside the store. We finally left without our order.

Checked online for a store hours saw that this location closes at 9:30. I pull in at 9:20 and I get the store is closed message.

Went here to get a crunch-in cookie parfait, they had a sign on the window and the drive thru screen saying they had them, so i ordered one and they said they didn’t have any. Stop advertising something you don’t have. I’ve been coming here for years and every time i go in there i always have some problem. Shape up dairy queen.

Its okay kind of expensive for what you get

For all the fast food restaurants around I must admit Dairy Queen is probably one of the best for service and quality.

Very slow drive through service. It took a half hour to get 2 milkshakes!!!

One of the most racist and unprofessional establishments that I have been to in a while but for Snead's Ferry, I can't say that I'm surprised. I visited the DQ Grill in Chill in Snead's Ferry, NC on 11/30/2024 and Im still in shock about the way I was treated. I was a very poorly made vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. I waited with the cone in hand for onion rings and when the employee came back to the window, I nicely let her know that I wasn't happy with the cone, the chocolate was still hot and I needed a refund. The manager refused to give a refund after she took the cone back from me. It lead to me calling the police while I waited in the drive thru amd at the window. Another employee at that location came to the window and told me I was the first customer to order a chocolate dipped cone that day and that the chocolate was still hot. So, they knew the product was incorrect when they gave it to me and still refused to give a refund. The supposed manager whose name was Desirae
