This is primarily an ice cream restaurant.There are NO high chairs nor child seats....
It is difficult to feed an 11 month old and also eat .

No whipped cream pup cups offered anymore! Ordered an ice cream pup cup for $2.,98. Definitely not worth the price. My pup doesn't need the extra calories either. Bad move DQ, and to save a few cents worth of whipped cream.

This might be the weirdest Dairy Queen of all time
We got the #3 combo and added on a blizzard and cheese curds instead of fries and a drink. It went from $14 to $27.
1 combo.
And then the burger ended up having onion rings and BBQ sauce instead of anything it was supposed to have.
I think they are always understaffed but we cant pay $27 a person for a drive thru 🤣

The inside is closed. We have small kids. Not ideal to get drive through ice cream. We left and went to another place. Based on the reviews, I’m glad we did. Also, it seems like they keep the inside closed

We frequent this DQ monthly if not weekly. Be it Door Dash or going through the drive-through, we've experienced nothing but stellar customer service.
Ms. LeKeisha has a wonderful and professional staff that handles what John Q. Public throws at them with grace.
This location serves our community that is composed of retirees, military, college students, etc. We're good people who appreciate the businesses that stay here in our small village through thick and thin.
This location also serves our tourists who we also appreciate. I'll always support our DQ and be grateful that they're here!
I've witnessed these lovely people endure intoxicated, rude, entitled, profane, and utterly disgusting behavior. They shouldn't have to but they do, to support their loved ones, I'm embarrassed that there are those who believe they have the right to treat another human being in such a crude manner, often in the presence of own little ones.
To the staff at DQ, Sneads Ferry, we see and appreciate all that you do for all of us day in and day out, year-round! Thank you for showing pure grace under fire!

This is the worst dairy Queen we have ever seen. Half the time they're out of ice cream. They're blizzards are flavored ice cream there are no chunks in them. They faint that the blender is messed up and they're getting a new one but they never do. It is the running joke in the area does dairy Queen actually serve ice cream!! When you asked them to remake a blizzard because it is completely smooth, they get an attitude to do it or they tell you they're going to have to charge you more because there was stuff in there but the blender pulverized it LOL!!! This location needs to close down or they need to get their crap together. This has been ongoing for at least 15 years

A huge thank you to Ms. Imani at our local Sneads Ferry Dairy Queen for helping my with a Door Dash dilemma. Ms. Imani made my wish come true with a pineapple milk shake after the Door Dash order would not allow me to select “pineapple”. I called the store and was blessed to be assisted by Ms. Imani who made sure our order was perfect.
The entire staff at this location has always been exceptionally pleasant and respectful. Ms. Imani and her coworkers are shining examples of what an organization wants in their representatives! Thank you so much! You’re the Dairy QUEEN!

We stopped by DQ for supper on July 4th and saw a sign posted all over every door and window stating “ do not enter- maintenance in progress”…?? On one of the busiest summer holiday weekends? We decided to order our food, eat in the parking lot and drive back thru to get our ice cream. We had 3 young children with us and their kids meals come with ice cream; we asked when ordering if we could not get the kids ice cream and if they would “hold it” until we came back through to order the rest of our ice cream (3 adults were ordering ice cream)- the girl on the speaker said they couldn’t do that. I’m sure on a daily basis, that would be tough, however, we thought they would be able to seeing as the dining room was locked. We paid extra for cone dip in 2 blizzards and do not think they added it. This DQ has so much potential but we were let down yesterday. I will say- the food was very tasty and plentiful.
