It is so sad that this store cannot keep machines going or serve ice cream. Poor management and lack of presence from owners is so obvious to the local community. We called to inquire about status of ice cream and were told it was working only to arrive and be told again no ice cream. Corporate should close the doors. So sad they can’t get it together.

Got an order through Doordash I was missing a drink and the food was ice-cold. So glad door dash was able to reimburse me because I threw that stuff straight in the trash.

After waiting for longer than usually these were two of the cones we received. The others were not any better. The lady was nice, but we were not given what we paid for and extremely disappointed.

Just went to the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes with no employee saying anything. Started asking if anyone was there, we also had 3 cars behind us; again no response from an employee. After another couple minutes an employee finally responded saying that were closed for repair. I feel like a simple solution would be to put signs up anywhere on or around the building or simply saying you are closed as soon as you hear someone pull up to the drive thru. Extremely disappointed.

We come here often for blizzards and it never fails, they’re never mixed well. There’s a good bit of topping at the top but the bottom 2/3 is nothing but soft serve! So disappointing.

One of the workers came out and saw me and my sister had our dogs and asked if we want some pup cups for them and I thought that was very thoughtful and sweet of her. If I can rate this place 100 out of 100 I would!!! Will definitely be going back!!!
