I have been trying to check this place out since I moved to Sneads Ferry, NC but their food truck in this area has very limited hours. I am so glad I finally caught them open and had my first chance to taste their food yesterday. OMG! They make the best Brisket I have ever had! I had their cole slaw and Mac and Cheese as my sides which were also delicious. Next time I want to try their Cajun Rice and Baked beans which I have no doubt will also be delicious! Holy Moly I’m so glad I tried this place! I see every time I go home and the smoke coming out of their food truck and I’m so glad I finally gave in! First of all, the owners are so sweet and down to earth! Second of all, the portions are INSANE! I went with the 2 meat plates that come w/ 2 choices of their meat (I went with the pulled pork and smoke sausage) and 2 sides (HAD to get the Mac and cheese and classic Coleslaw) and they did not disappoint! 10/10 will def be coming...
Hands down the best brisket I have ever tasted! The ribs were right up there too. Super friendly, quick service, and large portions make it worth every penny. We will be back for sure!
