We just went this afternoon and I was shocked at how old my granddaughter's food was. She was completely unable to eat it. We used to love the food here. This will be our last waste of money!

Went through the drive thru.....ordered chicken fingers which came with extremely HARD and ice cold chicken.... as if it had sat out all day.....fries ice cold.....coleslaw was edible........how cruel to take my hard earned money for awful food......I will not return

We rarely come here because of the quality of food and service but decided to give them a try again and it was a mistake. Rude staff, got a burnt burger but instead of apologizing, tried to tell us it’s suppose to be like that because it’s ‘charboiled’ like we don’t know what a burger is suppose to look like. It was legit crispy and burnt and hard. Took it back and staff was super rude and never even once apologized.

This use to be the best Hardee's anywhere. But corporate offices made changes and messed them up. 1st by cutting out the fried chicken. Then they have done something with the burgers where they use to be OLD SCHOOL HARDEE'S now they have almost chemical flavor or sorts. I had a 100+ order and it was absolutely gross, they gave me store credit to have it done again and we can not bring ourselves to go back. Bring back old school Hardee's, Big Twin (big hardee), big deluxe, roast beef and more not this disgusting mess they have now and fried chicken was 2nd to none

Stopped in sneeds ferry for a quick breakfast. Enjoyed talking to the local folks and listening to stories about their lives.
We recently moved down here, and after having multiple less than stellar visits to the ones in VA, I thought I'd give the NC version a shot. If this is the state of Hardee's nationwide, I can't see them staying in business much longer. The person at the drive thru was pleasant enough, but I ordered a coke with my mushroom Swiss combo, and she asked if I wanted Diet coke when reading back my order, I said "no coke" and she said ok. Upon getting to my daughters and sitting down to eat, it was Dr Pepper ( mine was the ONLY drink on the order). All three of the burgers we ordered were burnt and cold. My fries (also the only ones ordered) were also stone cold and tasted like they were made yesterday. At 1:00pm, I'd expect hot food, even if I had to wait a bit. But even after a wait, all our food was cold and basically inedible. As a kid growing up, I loved Hardee's more than any other chain, and up to the pandemic, it was still good. Now, it's just another example of no pride in what you're putting out. I'm done with em.
