Awesome place to eat, vibes are cool makes me feel like I’m back in Japan. Sushi be sushi-ing ! 🍣🍱 I have ordered take-out before and it’s the same quality everytime Awesome !

When Hokkaido first opened, the food was very good! My fiancé and I just got it last night, however, and the food seems to have gone down a lot in quality. We are disappointed!

The first time we ordered we really liked the food, although the service was pretty mid but they were busy. After a few months we ordered again, the same thing (hibachi steak) and picked it up after 20 minutes of ordering. The steak was soggy yet dry at the same time, and felt like it was an unwanted order that was left sitting and then reheated and The rice was a white soggy mush. It must’ve been sitting there for a long time because the sauce got soaked into the paper container and leaked through the box into the bag. Very disappointing as the prices are pretty steep. Won’t be back

Amazing food and service! Especially Hao he was fantastic, attentive the entire time, and our drinks never went empty! Fantastic food overall highly recommend the spicy tuna roll, yakisoba, and hibachi especially!

I am absolutely stunned at the lack of service. My husband and I have been here a couple of times and leave upset each time. We’ve only been in during lunch it’s never insanely busy and our service is pretty much nonexistent. The first time we waited around for about 15 mins just for someone to take our order and my husband was the only one got food while I waited another 20 mins for mine. Our waitress was incredibly rude and had an attitude the ENTRIE TIME and when it came time to pay my husband was putting his food in the Togo box instead of saying excuse me she proceeded to stomp her foot at him to get his attention to pay and put the tablet in his face. And now today we waited a long for any sort of service. After we got our food our server was no where to be found never checked on us or anything. And yet another server with an attitude. After we were done we had to get up and ask someone else for a Togo box and change for our bill that we waited 20 mins for. I’ve served tables for year so I can be more than understanding be this service is absolutely ridiculous.

Our family had a fantastic dining experience at Hokkaido Sushi & Ramen! The Takoyaki was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the Hibachi Chicken was tender and delicious, paired with well-seasoned veggies and rice. The Yakisoba was hearty and satisfying, while the Spicy Crab Roll had just the right balance of heat and freshness. The highlight was the Ramen Noodles—rich, savory broth with perfectly cooked noodles and flavorful toppings.
The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making us feel right at home. Thank you, Hokkaido Sushi & Ramen, for a wonderful meal—we’ll definitely be back!
