My husband and I go to this location all the time! Ask for Amber when you go in, she is the best and is the most efficient and organized! She works so hard and even when it’s most stressful, she has a smile on her face!(:

I would agree with other reviews. They do not read the notes at all so I’m not sure why they even have that on there. They also don’t watch when something is not checked. Could be dangerous for someone with an allergy to mayo etc.

Placed to go order which they claim to have lost. Was there over 25 minutes waiting for 1 regular samwich. Saw a guy sweet the floor w gloves then returned to serving food. Employees eating behind counter. Asked for a refund. As she was returning my money , the samwich appeared. As expected it was unedible. Bun was literally soaked in liquid n was sloppily made. All while the manager sat 3 feet away sitting on his computer in thedv

The place looks clean, except for the floor. The people are nice for the most part, little girl got uppity with me because i was waiting so long for a sub i ordered on the app 40 mins earlier, food is good but you will wait 30 min for a sub unless you order on the app then it takes 45 mins and it won't be correct.

I tried this place three times over the couple of months it’s been open, and it’s been pretty bad. Every time I’ve ordered, it’s either been a brutally long wait, or the order is wrong (missing ingredients, missing toppings etc). Don’t bother online ordering, it will take them 45 minutes to make your order even if the store is empty and the app says 10 minutes.

Girl making sub used the same gloves to make sandwiches and to ring up our sale. She was also playing with her hat and hair! We like to eat here but management needs to train their employees on food service.

This place was packed! I am not sure they could hire enough help for the amount of foot traffic that was there the night I was. The employees were great, just not enough room behind the counter for the amount of staff it would take.

The food is always the same at Jersey Mike's. Pretty much every location has same quality. this particular location is struggling with how to prioritize borders coming in from those who stand in line and wait and those who place an online order. There should be a designated person making sandwiches for online orders outside of the ones who are patiently waiting in line. When mobile orders come in, they are placed in front of those who have been waiting for their sandwiches and it gets so busy during the lunch hours. There is one person putting together all of these sandwiches that are coming in. this is absolutely ridiculous. I know some people like the convenience of placing an online order but this particular location is not doing it right.

The person taking my order and making my sub cut the meat and cheese as I watched. So this was definitely fresh. Very polite, and in and out of shop in good time.Wheelchair accessible, vegetation choices.

The subs are okay.... Firehouse Subs are better in my opinion. Jersey Mike's falls between Subway and Jimmy John's in my opinion, but Firehouse is definitely the winner when it comes to a great sandwich.

Don't use the app because they will not make you what you ordered. Ordered a giant they gave me two pieces of subs that when measured against a giant it was 3 inches short. And they never read the special instructions to add mayo. Food is good just have to go in and wait to order or just don't bother.
