The ones who've been making my iced coffee were hired the most incompetent people around! It's always wrong! It's not that damn hard to make! Managers have nothing but negative and attitudes. The place is a joke. Needs all new people to work there.

This is the third time in 3 weeks that I've been here and my food has taken over 20 minutes to come out the drive-thru..and they never give me my food at the window after I order it they always park me at the curbside pickup ..where they have already handed me drinks for them to get hot ,With no food.. it is called a fast food restaurant... this food is not fast, ever, it's the only McDonald's I have ever been to where the food is consistently slow ...The only thing I have ordered is one cheeseburger one Coke one fry..

So they have drive through guest park in parking spaces ???? Then they make the other people wait at the window… cause the spots are full…. Then they have people walk out with bags of food that don’t belong to people?

Worst McDonald's ive ever had to deal with. As a delivery driver, ive waited over 30 minutes to recieve the made order. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Store is closed at 6am on a Saturday, Sept 13.

Thanks for the pleasant experience , I want to recognize Wesley at this McDonald’s. I’ve seen him multiple times, and he’s always hustling inside outside, busy times, handling a rush during peak hours…. He has a great vibe, professional demeanor, and true commitment to his job.
No matter how busy things get, Wesley is quick to resolve any issues and keeps things running smoothly. The customer service here is always on point, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently good. It’s clear this location does things by the book I’ve never had an issue with taste or quality.
Wesley is the kind of employee who should be retained and promoted ahead of his peers. Thanks to him and the whole team here for setting the standard. It is absolutely true that people go to business they feel comfortable at even if it’s out of the way and this is one of them.

While waiting for a mobile order I watched employees placing open bagged orders on the floor next to a hand washing sink. Then saw employees washing their hands over the customers bags

INCREDIBLY slow service. Not uncommon to sit in the drive through for updards of 10-15 minutes. Rediculous and have stopped bothering to give them additional chances as it's been like this consistently for a year.

This place just can't get it together. Wait 20 minutes for simple, small orders, still get cold food, just yesterday they forgot to put chicken on my McChicken. Who does that? Somebody needs to step in and do something.

Waiting 20-25 minutes for food, watch the order finally being filled half-assed. When I complained about it the manager chimed up and threatened me because I was talking to her minor child. Said she was willing to lose her job that day, I think she should lose it anyway.

I ordered a McCrispy, snack wrap, and a McFlurry. Staff presented my food and informed me that they didn't have any ice cream. He suggested a smoothie and I said ok. He came back with a medium smoothie that is nowhere near the cost of the 4.29 McFlurry.
Seeing the other negative reviews, this place needs to shut down.

Took 30 minutes to get my mobile order. Ended up going inside with 11 other angry customers. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location.

My last six visits to this McDonald's has been very frustrating. On each of these six visits, I utilized the drive thru, and each time I have been asked to park to wait on my food. Yesterday (08-09-25) was the worst yet. I ordered ok, paid ok, but then the wait began. The designated drive thru parking spaces were full, so I had to park at the windows until a space became available. From start to finish, it took me 35 minutes to get my food. I chose not to post reviews on the other visits, but after six pull overs and a lot of time waiting, I decided this was enough. Please correct the management and/or staffing problems at this location.
