I never leave a review on anything ever but now im compelled to let the world know that this very specific Mcdonalds in Sneads Ferry NC is the absolutly the worst. I have been to McDonald's all over the world. From Dubai to Germany to Spain and the Netherlands to my very first McDonald's in Saint pauls NC where I actually worked my very first job.the consistent problem is simple, it's supposed to be fast food. It never is, today January 15th no traffic no visitors I was the 1 vehicle in the drive through and ordered a Big Mac and cheese burger on a crunch time lunch date with my wife in between our busy daily..well we got pulled ahead to sit in a stand by window which is a very common theme here and when we did get our food the fries were sad wet and cold. This experience is not just a one off this is the regular and it's pretty sad but now im switching my fast food options to something edible and warm.

Ordered coffee and a sandwich, the sandwich wasn't hot and thr coffee had a ton of grinds in it and had to pour it out. Redicous

At total of 45 minutes and my order still messed up after returning it 3 times, it safe to say this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

Ordered 2 Big Macs, 2 lg fries, double quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 piece meal with Diet Coke.. was told to pull in number two and they were waiting on the double cheeseburger and will be out in two minutes. 20 minutes later after four people came to my car with different orders other than mine, I was greeted for a fifth time and I asked the girl to remake my order since nobody could find it. Her response was I’m sure it’s coming out. A couple minutes later, she came out with a bag and read it off. You ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, a Big Mac, large fry and a 10 piece? I then read off what I had on my receipt and she says yes this is your order. I then said that only says one big Mac and doesn’t have the full order on there.She said its all in there. I left, got to my destination and there was a big Mac missing exactly what I told her was missing was missing.. I then tried to call the store several times and the phone does not work. I have been here Several times and the waits are horrible. I feel that the owner of the store needs to make an unannounced visit at night as it would be a big eye opener. The store is losing a lot of money!!!! People will not come back I promise..

I'm overwhelmed how difficult it is for McDonald's to provide oatmeal unconsistently . Receiving a cup of oatmeal should be the easiest thing McDonald's has to do when it comes to a transaction. I'm not much to complain but it's getting out of hand when I receive a water cup and oatmeal at the bottom of that water cup. I'm not sure what's going on if proper training is being advised or this is how McDonald's represents itself. It's not a biscuit. It's not a big breakfast. It's a simple oatmeal

normally i order through doordash, and i never really have a problem. today i went in and placed an order for takeout, for 2 large fries, large coke, large dr pepper, 1 spicy mcchicken, and one regular. my large coke was barely even filled, and had NO ice. they forgot my other fry that i DEFINITELY paid for, and they forgot straws. i gave them a 10 dollar tip, and they still messed up my order.
Every time I order nuggets they come “deformed” I can’t place my finger on it… but they always have something oozing out of them. I ordered thru DoorDash so maybe that? But even then u have to see the nuggets as ur making the order… right?

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds you could go to. Please avoid this at all costs. I only come here when I’m high and nowhere else is open. It’s has to be the least efficient business I’ve ever encountered. I’m pretty sure they are using typewriters to take orders. On multiple occasions I have waited in line for 30 minutes. I’m currently sitting in line waiting for my food yet again, wondering why I torture myself.
