I visited on 3/17/25 after ordering 5 shamrock shakes via the mobile app. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of the "mix". I simply asked how I get my money back. The 2 working the window were pleasant and went for help with an answer. A young lady came back and said they were not finalizing the transaction on their end so the money would go back to my card associated with my Apple Pay. This was to have taken place within 24hrs. It has not. Where is my $20.82???? Not lovin' it :(

The past 5 times that I have been here I have had to pull into a spot and wait for an extended time and the food was cold. I am done. Going elsewhere. This is NOT fast food. I am very disappointed.

Well this location is a breakdown and total failure as a franchise, and I was foolish enough to give it roughly 20 chances. The pull-off spots are always nearly full and I've been asked to pull to one of these spots nearly every single time, and my typical order is #1 combo. Their top seller. Maybe my selecting Diet Coke as the beverage trips them up? Such a poorly managed place, unfortunately it's the only one near me so I clinch my teeth and reluctantly go back there.

Going through drive thru is always a pain. My order is never correct. They always tell me to pull off. I’ve waited 10-15 minutes on multiple orders to be given to me while parked in the drive thru parking spot. I had to walk inside because I was waiting for 20 minutes on one of my orders. Worst McDonald’s customer service I have experienced.
