Not a good place the people think it’s ok to talk to you like trash and was supposed to be paid on 11/09/24 still haven’t gotten paid the one mgr said they have 60 days to pay. But that’s against the law so I wouldn’t eat here the coolers that hold you food before it’s made is mold and dirty

We have been a very satisfied customer for the last three years. Tonight I got my last pizza from the Sneads Ferry location. I called and spoke with the manager and sent this pic, he was not concerned .

The first impression of the front counter full of pizzas almost made us walk out and I wish we would have. They looked like they had been sitting out all day. There were no other customers dining in and only saw 1 take out order. The menu itself even looked unappealing. We decided to order a calzone and it really didn't taste like anything. There was zero seasoning. It was supposed to have ricotta, but I couldn't make it out. The ham was concentrated just in the middle and nothing on either end/ corner. The dining area seemed clean and the cashier was friendly. I would not recommend this restaurant. I have written tons of reviews and this has to be the worst but I wanted to be honest.

The most nastiest pizza I've ever had! Under cooked greasy Went into the trash!! Sick!!

Burger was $10 dollars- and ONLY a burger. It was decent at best. Baked ziti tasted bland like 3 day old ricotta cheese with no cheese "baked" on top. The best part was the 7 dollar salad with shredded cheese on top. Service is always amazing but the food has definitely gone done in quality.

They layed the lady ahead of me slice of pizza on the counter instead of putting in pizza oven when they took it out of display case.When I ordered I said put my slice directly in pizza oven.They looked at me kind of funny and said OK.

Pizza was sub par at best and wildly overpriced for both the pizza and desserts. The audacity to even sell a premade dessert and not even change the packaging to try and hide it is actually more comical. If you’re looking for good pizza in Snead’s and it isn’t Monday just go to Baked.

Looked online and called to order. We were very specific. Stuffed crust, garlic knots, and 2 canolies. No garlic knots or stuffed crust. Called and they ‘don’t have it’. Then tell me and I’ll go someplace else!!! Sorry, but as a local, won’t be back.
