Napoli Cafe (Sneads Ferry)

This hidden gem is amazing, y'all! The food... top quality and delicious every time we eat here. The Reuben, which is without a doubt one of my favorites here, comes on your choice of sourdough or rye, both exceptional. The smoothes made to order, and they are very accommodating on special requests. I could go on and on all day about the delicious Italian Lavazza coffee, I usually have to get two of the iced coffes for me, as one seems to disappear as soon as it goes in my hand...lol. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside in the front as well. Bonus... they do have a drive-through window those days that you just do not want to get out of the vehicle and go inside. Keep in mind that they close a little on the early side, so make sure you check out their business hours.

The Good:
• Food is great and they have a pesto sauce that really adds flavor to any basic sandwich.
• Their service is what really stands out. Their employees are knowledgeable and they look like they really care about their service (which is uncommon in the food industry today).
• They have a coffee shop part to their café that has an enormous amount of flavor options. If your “go to” coffee drink isn’t listed on their menu, they could probably make some version of it for you.

The Not-so-Good:
• There’s not a lot to say here. Maybe the amount of seating inside? They make up for this through speedy service and a drive-thru option.

Overall, it’s the better choice to stop for a good coffee and breakfast sandwich to support local shops. They’ll beat the service from any chain by a mile.

I used to love this coffee shop, but the last three times I’ve been, they have messed something up. This time, I waited 45 minutes, and I wish that was a lie for my food and drink after paying. I finally flagged the lady down and she said “I put a rush on it, three more minutes” How long would it have been if they didn’t put a “rush” on it???

I love this place! It is always worth a stop when visiting topsail. The food and coffee is consistently fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional. Also, the server has the most genuine welcoming smile - it's a nice change of pace from some of the other places around here.

I love this spot! Best bagels hands down in the area. The pesto spread keeps me coming back and goes great with almost everything. Great coffee menu as well!

Food is awesome….but staff simply doesn’t attend to tables. sat down and table was dirty from previous patrons. crumbs and coffee residue in every table. Makes you feel as if it’s unsanitary

Food is outstanding but the employees just do not pay attention. This is the third time in the last two months. I’ve got food to go, and it was not what I ordered. Again, the food is outstanding, but it’s very frustrating when you get to your destination and you don’t have what you ordered.

We were staying at a rental in North Topsail, but the food and coffee were so tasty, we drove the short drive for brunch two days during our long weekend stay. Got pretty busy on Saturday morning, but our party of four was able to find seating. They also have a drive thru if you want to pick up and run.
