Why does this location offer a dine in experience? - no salt and pepper on tables. It costs you extra for parmesan/red peppers. All they can provide for free is ketchup? What lol. Had to ask for plates and when we opened the box our pizza wasn't cut. Had to ask for it to be cut so we could eat a slice. Ended up leaving to just eat at home.

I couldn't tip on my card because my phone was glitching when I placed my order so I was going to tip cash but I guess the delivery driver got upset and thought they weren't going to get a tip so they didn't ring or knock on door or text or call and just left the food at my door and drove away. next time you shouldn't jump to conclusions and act like a baby and instead just wait for someone to answer the door and maybe you would get a tip or maybe you should look for a higher paying job if you are getting that angry.

Called for delivery and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Hampstead Pizza Hut has much better costumer service and basic communication skills even though they also were unable to deliver. We will no longer waste our time ordering from the Sneads Ferry location

i have called for delivery of pizza and more ,, first of all ..the people who answered the phones are RUDE!!! ,MORONS..it took15 minutes to place a order with them on the phone because the l**** idiots had no idea wht they are doing ..it was just duh ,duh,huh,wht,uuumm,hole please, and wht would u like ...just PLAIN IDOTS!!!..I HAVE CALLED 10 TIMES SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR TOO ORDER PIZZA AND other things and each time is the same of wht i said in the beginning!!! ..THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
