The food was great, as usual. I haven't been there in over fifteen years and it was just as good today as it was back then. I wasn't as happy with the service as a time in the past. The weather could have played a part of the situation. Over all it satisfied our family and was a good dining experience. It's still a golden gem hidden in Sneads Ferry and the drive was worth the end result. They just need to pay attention to the customers better considering we were there at a slow time of the day, it should have been better. Thank y'all for the good food and putting up with our party of nine, arriving at different times. I plan on having my birthday dinner there this year again.

Went to the café with a party of 15 on March 19th 2026 about 5 pm. The service was good but the food was terrible. My cheese burger was dry as dirt and the oysters were over breaded and awful. The greater number of our party left still hungry cause the food was not prepared properly. Normally the food is OK but not today. Next time I want terrible food I'll think of Riverview.

Went there Saturday around 1. Place was packed but sat us an waited on as right away. Waitress was fantastic taking time with us since it was our 1st time there. We came from New Bern my mom an sisters family from SouthPort it was halfway for both of us. We all want the fried whole belly clams an didnt not disappoint. We also had scallops, oysters,shrimp! Food portions very generous.

This place NEVER disappoints!! Service is always great. Food is always fast, fresh cans delicious! The fried seafood is the best any where we have had. If you are in the area, definitely go. If you are up for a drive, make the trip! It's that good!!
