We were at the beach celebrating my daughter’s graduation and 18th birthday. I ordered a special cake for her and it was perfect! Delicious and so pretty! Highly recommend to locals and visitors to the area as well!

In town to visit our Marine and wanted to try rhe bakery we have heard so much about. They were everything I imagined. The place was beautiful and cheery. The sweets were top notch amazing. The sweet woman who waited on us was so helpful and kind. Hoghly recommend this place

Update - unfortunately they have closed. This place is awesome! Friendly staff, great coffee and wonderful bakery goods! We had coffee cake and cinnamon rolls - great place to hang out as well!!

We love this place! Great sweets, excellent customer service. They make the cinnamon rolls Wednesday and Saturday, but check them out on other days as well!

The pumpkin scones & blueberry lemon scones were delicious. Lots of great treats to chose from. Excellent customer service!

Twisted Sisters made our wedding cake. It was beautiful and oh so good. We plan to make a tradition of getting a cake whenever we are in town. Best cake ever!!

I do not live in NC but was visiting soon, so I had someone order and pick up a coconut cake for me for a surprise birthday party. It was so dry we could barely cut it at the restaurant. It seemed like it was frozen but it wasn't. And, who puts almond flavoring in a coconut cake. It tasted like an Italian Wedding cookie. The cake cost me $48.00 and we couldn't eat it. Still hard the next day. The person felt aweful because they had never had anything bad from there until now. Looked pretty, couldn't eat.

Stopped by this past week the Lime and Maple scones were delicious and my husband loved the Monkey Bread ! Friendly happy staff

Yesterday was our 4th or 5th visit to Twisted Sister, each time leaving with half a dozen items. While everything is always delicious, the tiramisu is now our absolute favorite. The women in the bakery are always very helpful and incredibly kind.

After seeing pics on their FB page all summer of yummy-looking baked goods, we finally made it to TI and made a stop at Twisted Sisters. It did NOT disappoint! The nutter butters, maple pecan cake, strawberry cupcakes, and more(yes, we tried a little bit of almost everything!) were all delicious! A little sad they had just started ‘school hours’ and were only doing their cinnamon rolls and sticky buns on Saturdays, but we made sure to stop on our way back to PA. Again, SO WORTH the stop! They were amazing!! Can’t wait to stop back next year!? Also, the girls working each time were so pleasant and friendly. Much appreciated!
