Stopped in the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of me and sat for nearly 20 minutes. Ordered 2 piece dark, they gave me a biscuit and fries. Had to wait again for them to fix it the order. All while staff were shouting talking about working tomorrow and ready to go. Another terrible eastern NC bojangles.

Went here for lunch. Service was fast and accurate. The staff was friendly. The fries and chicken tenders both tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.

I love Bojangles. The morning crew is awesome. Very efficient, friendly and the lobby is always kept clean. I gave it 4 stars because of the evening crew. They are not on point as the mo4ning crew. They are less eager to please.. some seam to be standing around, basically not working together as a team. Otherwise we love our bojangles.

I was told to drive up they were cooking supremes. After waiting 15 minutes outside I went in to see what was taking so long and the girl said it wasn't her problem. I then looked and saw there were 2 containers of supremes. I questioned why I was having to wait so long that it was ridiculous that I had been waiting now over 20 minutes. The manager told me I needed to watch myself because I was upsetting his other customers. I informed him they were already upset. There was and man who ordered a tailgate order with 2 half gallons of tea. He asked about ice for the tea and the manager told him he needed to buy some ice. The lady that was with him had the plates, sports, and napkins in her hands and had to ask for a bag to put them in. I have never been treated so ugly by a manager in my 61yrs. It will be quite a while if I ever visit this Bojangles again. The date was November 2 a little after 5pm.

It takes forever to get food here now. I waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich through the drive thru. Any time I go here there's always a minimum 5 minute wait, it's ridiculous.

Made an online order and my Dad drove all the way there just for them to tell him they didnt receive my order. I have proof of my order and on my bank acct. it says I was charged. How is that yall charged me for the order but dont want to give me my food? Ontop of that the worker said its my fault and that I ordered it at a different location, even though the screen shot my dad showed them said SNOW HILL, Like how? yall just robbing people now?

Front line needs help and better guidance One young girl stood at the fries over salting them slowly putting them in bags so she wouldn’t have to do anything else asking the other employee to grab things that were directly behind her, which I believe was her job. I could tell the other employee was trying, but was unsure exactly what to do. She went from register to helping the young girl who didn’t want to do anything else because she was already moving slow To make it seem like she was busy. We all stood and watched as she stood in one spot and took 20 minutes to make one order that was already halfway prepared. She never grabbed a sandwich. She never tried to help figure out what was going where she walked over towards the window and back with nothing in her hand as me and five other customers stood there and watched.
