Took a little over 30 minutes for 2 supreme dinners, 3 chicken sandwiches and a 2pc dinner. Food is cold, chicken is hard, customer service was TERRIBLE! Not pleased at all. And not to mention, it was NOT busy at all!!

Why does it take 40 minutes to get chicken. Its the only thing you guys serve. Worst service imaginable. There's 7 people in snow hill and 6 of them have to wait an hour to get served. This place needs new management.

Food was ok..service could use some improvement..service was slow..the young lady putting orders together and passing them out was in desperate need of some personality..the lady in front of me was short and asked for a drink tray..well the young girl behind the counter simply nodded saying they're right there..they were on top of the counter..above where the food is kept..she couldn't reach it so I got it for her..no smile..no thank yous..no have a good day..

The manager on duty Sunday July 6, 2025 was amazing! He had three people out that day and he was called in. He had that place running like a well oiled machine! I don't what he is being paid but it is not enough!

First off, trying to place my order was like decoding a bad video game voiceover. The girl on the speaker sounded like she learned how to speak English by playing Grand Theft Auto. I could barely understand a single word she said. After finally getting the order in, they had us pull forward to wait because, in her exact words, “she’s gotta umm… I don’t know, something.” Not even sure what that meant.
When someone finally brought the food out, the order was wrong even though the receipt was correct. They gave us mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw, so I brought it back inside for them to fix it. That’s when things got even worse. The employee looked at me with a full-on attitude and said, “I put the coleslaw in there, I know I did.” I tried to explain that she hadn’t, but she just kept repeating “yes I did, yes I did” with a nasty attitude.
Eventually, the manager came over, handed me the coleslaw, and said “have a good day” with a sarcastic smile like I had just ruined her day. Honestly, they blew this whole situation way out of proportion. It was a simple mistake, but instead of just fixing it, they gave me a full performance.

Stopped in the drive thru, only 2 cars in front of me and sat for nearly 20 minutes. Ordered 2 piece dark, they gave me a biscuit and fries. Had to wait again for them to fix it the order. All while staff were shouting talking about working tomorrow and ready to go. Another terrible eastern NC bojangles.
Went here for lunch. Service was fast and accurate. The staff was friendly. The fries and chicken tenders both tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.

I love Bojangles. The morning crew is awesome. Very efficient, friendly and the lobby is always kept clean. I gave it 4 stars because of the evening crew. They are not on point as the mo4ning crew. They are less eager to please.. some seam to be standing around, basically not working together as a team. Otherwise we love our bojangles.
