Unless your going through the drive thru the service is terrible.. Long wait time for food when hardly anyone is inside.. floor is always slippery and the kiosks are always out of paper.

Oh, my, gawd. What a disaster this place was. All I wanted was iced coffee. Employees lacked knowledge or skills. Stood around getting nothing done. I get it, it’s McDonalds. My expectations are low. But is it too much to just get one drink? McDonald corporate, you should provide hands on help to get this place running better… help them.

EVERY TIME I go for breakfast they NEVER open on time!! When I get off work I’d like to have a bite to eat and head home, not have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for them to open! Again this isn’t once in a while or here and there, this is EVERYTIME I go at 5AM!! I understand people have lives and things come up but seriously can you just open on time?

Since I have been working in this area, I have been frequenting this establishment quite often during the week. I would like to offer some feedback regarding a specific employee. I am only familiar with her first name. JASMINE! I simply wanted to express how much I enjoy seeing her when I visit this particular McDonald's. I got ONE cheeseburger and a fry! Why am I getting pulled up for that and on top of that have to wait over 5 mins for it?!!! It’s everytime I come here they ask you to pull up! It’s ridiculous and it’s supposed to be a “fast” food restaurant when all they really care about is that drive thru time. So again it’s not about the customers, all they care about is themselves and whatever bonus they get if they reach a drive thru goal!

Slow incompetent workers who are more concerned about talking about their problems to each other than serving their customers. Every time I’ve gone they’ve either forgotten my order or cancelled my order and they are just downright rude and disrespectful.
