Since I have been working in this area, I have been frequenting this establishment quite often during the week. I would like to offer some feedback regarding a specific employee. I am only familiar with her first name. JASMINE! I simply wanted to express how much I enjoy seeing her when I visit this particular McDonald's. She consistently demonstrates exceptional politeness and friendliness. This young woman will undoubtedly become an outstanding manager in the near future.

I got ONE cheeseburger and a fry! Why am I getting pulled up for that and on top of that have to wait over 5 mins for it?!!! It’s everytime I come here they ask you to pull up! It’s ridiculous and it’s supposed to be a “fast” food restaurant when all they really care about is that drive thru time. So again it’s not about the customers, all they care about is themselves and whatever bonus they get if they reach a drive thru goal!

Slow incompetent workers who are more concerned about talking about their problems to each other than serving their customers. Every time I’ve gone they’ve either forgotten my order or cancelled my order and they are just downright rude and disrespectful.

This place is consistently slow. Once or twice I can understand but when customers have waited longer than 15 minutes in a drive thru more than 3 times in the last couples months, that’s a problem. This is the only McDonald’s in town. And one of the few places to eat in the morning. I understand being busy but it shouldn’t be this slow on a regular basis.

During my visit to the drive-thru today, I encountered a young woman who was notably unprofessional and unpleasant in her demeanor. Her attitude did not reflect the level of customer service expected in a public-facing role. I hope management will take steps to ensure that all employees represent the business with courtesy and respect.
