I absolutely love this shop! I’ve been looking for a coffee shop around with “homemade syrups” and finally found this gem. I went today and got a Cinnamon roll latte and a matcha for later!
I wish I would have found them a long time ago!
I just wish they had straws 😂

Could've been the busy time of the day. The syrup for the beverage was sitting on the bottom, not stirred in. Didn't realize it until the first sip.

Very quiant place with a friendly coffee shop atmosphere. The coffee was delicious. Sunday morning coffee with a friendly and helpful staff. Great place to go and enjoy a cup of joe and catch up with friends or family. When I return to town for a visit i will definitely return for another cup and maybe try a few other things they offer as well. A must try shop in a wonderful town.

I was initially excited to visit this coffee shop based on its strong Google reviews (4.9 stars) and positive comments about their lattes. As someone who works at a well-known retail coffee shop, I rarely visit local spots, but I was eager to give this one a try.

I arrived at 9:30 AM with the intention of ordering something but had to jump on a Teams call right away at 9:35. About 10 minutes into my call, someone approached me, but since I had my headphones on, I politely said, “No thank you, I’m OK.” Another 10 minutes passed, and suddenly the Wi-Fi went out.

I went to the counter to ask about it, and they informed me that their Wi-Fi is for paying customers only. I apologized, explaining that I fully intended to purchase something but needed to get on my call first. What surprised me most was that they had a sign displaying the Wi-Fi name and password when I arrived, yet that sign had been taken down when the Wi-Fi was turned off — seemingly a deliberate attempt to disconnect me.

I completely understand the need to prioritize paying customers, but this situation could have been handled far better. A simple reminder or polite request would have been much more professional than cutting off the Wi-Fi mid-call. Unfortunately, this left me with a very poor impression of their customer service.

Regardless of how the situation was handled, I did purchase a chai latte after my call (as I initially intended).

Boutique coffee Cafe in downtown Southern Pines. The coffee syrups are homemade and a little too sweet for me; they did not have sugar free sweetners; interior tables and chairs look more suitable for little kids; excellent service; good pastries
