Food and service was great. The decor was fun, my only issue was our table was a little small for the amount of food we ordered and the chairs were a little uncomfortable. My NY strip was perfect and the duck was amazing.

I don’t know about you, but if I’m paying $50-100 per person to eat at a “fine-dining” restaurant, I don’t want to be regaled with politics. AT ALL.If you don’t want to talk about food anymore, and just want to regale me with your personal politics, I can do the same.“We’re welcoming of everybody” is a phrase that should go without saying if you’re a business, but when you actually say it out loud (or have it posted somewhere), it tells me that you’re only interested in catering to certain agendas that have only served to divide us as a nation.If you want to cater to a demographic that only consists of 0.02% of the population (who probably don’t patronize your establishment anyway), you’re going to risk alienating as much as 50% of your customer base who DO or WOULD be interested in patronizing your establishment.At least 50% of the population is absolutely FED UP with the whole conversation surrounding Identity Politics.It’s a conversation that you can ONLY win by NEVER approaching the topic in the first place; there are some games in which the only winning move is NOT to PLAY.You need to make a decision about whether you’re in business to BE A RESTAURANT, or whether you’re just another medium/platform to spread divisive politics.And remember: The rainbow is a symbol of God’s promise to humanity that He’ll never again destroy the world with a flood; the second (and last) time, it will be with FIRE.

As regular customers we loved Aston’s and took all our out of town guests to dinner there. However the last three visits the main course took forever and when the food finally arrived it was overcooked and dry. I am sorry to say we are done with Ashton’s.

I've always enjoyed Ashten's, but never tried their burgers. Did last night and it was excellent!
Ashten's is a wonderful place for dinner. The service was excellent. The food is unique, flavorful, and well prepared. We started with the black eye pea soup and ostrich meatballs. Both were fantastic. For the main entrees, I had the special sea bass and my wife the cauliflower bowl. I was actually quite amaze with the flavor and how filling the bowl was. I'm not normally a 'salad' person but the bowl was impressive.

Me and my husband had a lovely evening at ashtens. I had the quarter duck with a salad and it was delicious! Also the creme brulee was some of the best!!

Surprised my mom for dinner on Sunday Sept 10. The food and service were outstanding. I wish I could bathe in that brown butter sauce that comes with the salmon!! And the crunch on the portobello fries?? Amazing. Truly an elegant, intimate, and cozy venue to make a night special!
