The pairing meals are phenomenal! Great experience from the food to the service to the price! I highly recommend trying this experience to anyone who loves seafood.
35 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated, another 10 minutes before we saw our waitress, had to ask for silverware twice. Food was so-so. Flavor wasn't there for the Chilean sea bass. Wife's mashed potatoes were ice cold. Disappointed
It was NYE and super busy. The wait staff was extremely busy but still attentive. Food is always great
Lucia and Candace are excellent servers!! Food was great, thanks for making our Christmas Eve special!
Christmas Eve dinner was just okay. We had reservations and seated promptly. Server was attentive, efficient and accurate with our order. Fried cauliflower, salads and butterfish were wonderful. But Baja fish tacos had a creamy sauce that was unappealing and the truffle fries were practically inedible, completely drowned in a creamy Parmesan sauce - nothing like we anticipated. Overall, the restaurant maintains a nice ambience and always has great staff but the food has consistently gone down hill, from what was once an elevated experience to now food that is hit or miss, often just marginally above an Applebees.
We had a fantastic and delicious dinner!! Matt, Steve and the whole service crew were amazing!!
I went to the Merry Martini event with friends. We had the best time, enjoyed the best food and drank the best drinks. Recommend to everyone!!!
The entire experience was really great. We had a great table mates. The food, service, decorations, drinks exceeded my expectations. This was my 3rd pairing event and I will be attending more!!!
I usually walk into big-box chain restaurants with pretty modest expectations. The food is usually fine, the service is fine, but nothing that makes me want to rush home and tell people about it. Yesterday, though, Bonefish Grill completely flipped that script.
From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The host seated us quickly, and then we met our waiter, Nick. Let me just say, Nick deserves a standing ovation. He struck that rare balance of checking on us just enough without hovering. Professional, friendly, and on top of things the whole time. Honestly, he set the tone for the entire meal.
We had our drinks refilled without ever needing to ask, and the bread they bring out… wow. Whoever decided that bread should come free deserves a raise. It was warm, fresh, and disappeared way too quickly.
For dinner, I went with the fish and chips, which hit the spot. I asked for a lemon, and Nick didn’t just bring me one, he brought me a grilled lemon. That is the kind of above-and-beyond detail you don’t even think to ask for. Meanwhile, my wife, Tracy, had the Baja fish tacos, specially made less blackened because she didn’t want too much spice. She loved them.
Then came dessert: a seasonal fall cheesecake that looked like it belonged in a food magazine. And the best part? It tasted every bit as good as it was presented. Rich, creamy, and honestly one of the best slices of cheesecake I can remember having.
Here’s the funny thing. We weren’t even planning on going to Bonefish Grill. We were heading to Char Bar originally, but they were closed. At first, I was disappointed, but now I’m thankful. If Char Bar had been open, we would have missed out on one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
So to Nick and the staff at Bonefish Grill: well done. You turned what could have been an ordinary chain restaurant dinner into something memorable. We will definitely be back.

I originally ordered the black pepper udon, but it didn’t come out right and had to be sent back. The team handled it quickly and replaced it with the creamy tomato linguine, which was much better prepared and full of flavor.
Special thanks to Crystal, Steven, Lisa, and AARYANNA each of them went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness made all the difference.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and despite the hiccup with the first dish, the overall experience was excellent thanks to the outstanding staff.
I recommend a family or just a place to come vibe.

I haven't been here in two years because of the way I was treated by servers and management.
But tonight a different story, because of NEW management and a new Bartender
Rodney Martin. Very nice young man and a great Bartender, plus he went the Extra mile and made my drinks and food order Perfect!!
This time I'll be back more Often.
