We did not get served after being seated for 15 minutes. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away. After being seated, No one else stopped by our table to bring water or bread or acknowledge we were there. Several employees walked by our table. We were so disappointed and finally got up and left. A male host watched is walk right out the door. We will not be going back here. Highly disappointed and ended up more satisfied with a corn dog and a hamburger from Cookout this evening!

My husband and I had a date last Saturday evening. He made reservations for 6:00 and we were going to see a play at 8:00. We couldn’t get our order taken until 6:45. The waitress had taken everybody else’s order who were seated after us. Many of the people who were sat after us, got their meals and left while we still just sat there. We talked to the waitress about it, the manager and the assistant manager. We finally got our order at 7:30 and had to have it boxed up to take away. The manager, that evening, Lester, didn’t really have anything to say about what a crappy experience we had except, “Sorry.”It is our fault for staying there that long and tolerating it, but on a Saturday night, it’s hard to find somewhere else to eat at the last minute. That’s why we had made reservations for 6:00. Lester, thanks for a really spoiled evening and a sack of $90 food. Will not eat here again! Hubby is still amazing and we enjoyed our time together in spite of Bonefish.

Sorry management, ruined a simple task of adding a to go plate for my son, then basically said we were S.O.L and would have to re wait for them to cook his food because now there were people in front of us that were not there when we sat down. Spend your money elsewhere.
I am not one to pull the race card but I'm almost certain my fiancé and I wasn't given the service we should have been given due to our skin color. Does everyone receive free bread? If so, we were never offered any but the tables beside us had it. The service was absolutely horrible.
